I don't think this is a nutritional burn, but a burn caused by water collecting at the edge of the leaf due to the high humidity. The water works like a magnifying glass, combined with the strong light it can burn the leaf. Try to keep the humidity at around 50% in vegi and later around 40% in bloom. Hope this helps. Cheers 💪
