I give my outdoor grows a nice soilbed with prefertilised soil for the start and when they arebigger they take their nutes from the soil around them. Your plant is 4 weeks old with a good green colour and you'r growing outside in soil so if you did not pre fertilizer your soil you can do it now to give her a boost because nutrients will not get easily available with your outdoor soil. Now for the frequency you need to give your plant water then nutrient and repeat, if you see an excess or a nutrient burn with that schedule then try water/water/feeding and repeat. They look great, green and healthy. Depending on what your outdoor soil has to offer you'll want to start adding in some nitrogen products, and even low doses of PK are good. If your soil is poor then look into some micro nutrient as well. Any microbes or mycorrhizal products will help your soil as well and make happy roots.
