Had to give them more happy farms organic fertilizer. They ate the first batch up quickly on 2 weeks. I know I have them a half dose, so that explains a lot.
They are starting to make the initial stretch for flowering. It looks like 2 or them are starting the flowering stage. The other should start within the next week.
It has been very hot here so I am having to water them everyday. I’m going to give them some more foxfarm organic nutrients within the next few days to help them with the stretches.
Two of the plants have started flowering but majority are just about to start week 1 of flowering. The days have been very hot and I need to water two times a day to keep up with the heat and how fast the girls are sucking up the water.
The girls are all flowering. They are sucking up the nutrients faster then I thought so I just gave them some big bloom to help with a little nitrogen boost. The critical sour plants are the farthest along in flowering.
Had some major storms and a lot of the plants blew over. Some branches cracked. I’ve started to give them support to handle the weight. The critical sour plants are the furthest along in flowering and some should be done mid September. The easy sativas will be done at the end of September. I love these two genetics from Female seeds.
Some of the girls are stressed out from some branches breaking and maybe not handling the new round of Nutes to well. Everything else is going smoothly and the plants are doing great. The critical sour plants are starting to stink really good and the easy sativa plants smelly very fruity.
One of the critical sours should be done in the next 2 weeks. The easy sativas are really surprising me this year with how frosty they are. The female seeds critical sour plants are all over the place with finish times. I have one that started flowering like 2 weeks ago. So that one will go to mid October. The other will be mid to end of September. The easy sativas will all be mid to end of September like normal.
The girls are going a little longer then I thought some would go. Still some clear trichomes on the earlier ones that I thought I would harvest a week ago. I’m just letting them add the weight on and finish. I will give a few of them another week and see how the trichomes look.
They smell fantastic!
I harvested the first plant on Sunday the 22nd. I left the bottom buds to fatten up and ripe up. It down poured on Sunday night and the plants took a beating. It is supposed to rain again on Tuesday so if I can I will let them go longer. If the show signs of mold I will me harvesting. The plant I harvested was nice a cloudy with like 30% amber colors.
