This is my first ever grow and thought I'd document and also seek advice. Neurodivergent grower here, seem to have gone overboard for a first timer. Running a drain to waste system through coco/perlite (70/30). Using 1.2 gallon pots from The Bucket Company. Hooked to a water bubbler irrigation feed from reservoir. The reservoir is a makeshift mobile chiller aha. Seemed a good a idea but could only hold 3-5 gallons at a time. Will need to either fork out on a water chiller with bigger reservoir upgrade or think or something. Under the reservoir we have the EZrun-off pump by The Bucket Company. Essentially a catch tray with a pump inside that automatically pumps the waste out to the desired location when maximum storage capacity is close. Mine runs just over to my kitchen sink.....when I can be bothered to make some holes underneath....I could hide the pipes and make it more stealthy via routing it to the drain pipe works under the sink cupboard. Old drippers where replaced mid veg stage with Netbow halo drippers by Netafim. Achieved a much more uniformed saturation of the medium. My nutrient of choice will be MegaCrop by Greenleaf nutrients plus additionals such as Orca mycorizhae and Myco Chum for the extras... Popped seeds directly to riot cubes on 14/06/24. 3 days later we have sprouts. Purple Stardawg x2 Runtz x2 Strawberry Cough x2

Started with just under 1/4 strength feeding of MegaCrop and a dash of mycorizae and microbes to give roots healthiest start. Tent is being humidified also when dropping bellow 60% Tent temps 22 - 25c R/H 80%

24/05/2024 (WEEK 1) This is where I will call Week 1 of vegetation after transplanting to their final pots (The Bucket Company) I got a little too excited and forgot take photos of the beautiful roots before transplanting. Sprinkled with an off-brand mycorrhizae and at the transplant site beforehand (Also forgot to log and take photos. D'oh!) Lights changed to 18/6 Then gave a feeding and now letting them recover for a few days. P.S. One plant is showing signs of either toxicity or deficiency. Hoping it's a PH issue and sorts itself out within the coming days. The rest seem to have recovered and now started their growing.

02/07/2024 (WEEK 2) Week 2 of vegetation So this was an eventful week. I believe I've mainline'd too early but we shall see the progress. The one plant is still being weird, after doing a bit of research I've concluded it's a mutation. Worried to either cull now or grow it out. After mainlining they got a nice shower of cal-mag and superthrive. Also decided to turn on UVA supplemental lights from now, the plants seem to respond well and look more vibrant. P.S. attempted to do some clones, no idea what I'm doing or if it'll even work. But hey it's a learning process, right?

10/07/24 (WEEK 3) Couldn't update this week on time due to be ill. Not much has changed in the tent apart from adding Cal-mag to the mix of nutrients. Also have changed lights to the Mars Hydro TSW2000 from the TS1000. Running at 50% power at the moment. Humidity clocked in at 65% and temperatures @ 25/26C Will be updating Germination week page with my current watering system set-up and it's upgrade next week along with EzRunOff Pump by The Bucket Company.

Really sorry for anyone that was actually following and wanted to see updates but I had to take some time away and neglected this project. My friend/neighbour/weed mentor passed away and I just haven’t felt the same. Moving along, after cleaning up most of the big fan leaves I decided to just switch into flower… I have 3 seedlings of Tropicana poison F1 saved out of 40. This was the next project of my friend that has passed. My goal is to finish this grow and honor my late friend with a grow diary of his plants. I’m sure he’ll be smiling above. 36 hours of darkness before proceeding to switch lighting to 12/12 Added 3 feedings a day now, but reduced the amount fed. Food has been given extra liquid mycorrhiza and bacteria. Will be using PLAGRON: Green sensation 4-in-1 in addition to megacrop at week 4 of flowering and see if there’s any benefits

Not much can be said for the past week, just stretching. One of the Strawberry Cough’s (far-right side) decided to stay bushy and squatty….no idea why? Different phenotypic expression? Environmental stress? After some extensive research I am debating if I should add a UV/IR bar on the right side only to try promote elongation of the stubby plant…. Have already purchased mars hydro supplemental light bars. (Planned for next grow) Two fans added to bottom of tent for added air circulation. feeding at 5/6 grams a gallon of MegaCrop MegaCrop will be restocking their Europe inventory….they’ve been out of stock and I’ve been dying to get their Sweet Candy PK/enhancer product. Which will be 25th of August. But I will be using PLAGRON: Green sensation 4-in-1 for this run starting from recommended usage at 4 weeks flowering

Week 3 of flower and decided to start using PLAGRON: Green Sensation a week earlier. Pistils are appearing and maybe need some phosphorous and potassium. Quite a bit of stretching going on. Had to bend back a few stems to try even out canopy. Some burnt tips? From what? No idea. One of the strawberry cough seems to be taking longer to transition, still stretching and no pistils. Apart from the tip burns, which I’m hoping is because of my light being too close. (Adjusted higher now) It seems to be going OK, nothing great….

Little update for the week. Been away on holiday for this week; Spain. Take me back please. Left the garden to my friend to look after and wasn’t a great job but they look salvageable. I’m having discolouring on the leaves and tip burn. I’m hoping it’s because the coco had been too dry at some stages in the week causing a higher PH environment. We will see how they recover for the next few days now that I am back. Still waiting for @GreenLeafNutrients to update their UK stock so I can get some PK boosters. As I’m using megacrop with PLAGRON: Green Sensation….. Wish me luck. Looks good so far. Nice and sticky.

If you are in week 5 i wouldn’t take them all at once, remove only the ones that shade buds or lay on top of eachother. A full leafstrip would be quite some stress for week 5 in my opinion. This is a nice tutorial: https://www.growweedeasy.com/nebulas-super-simple-3-step-defoliation-tutorial

Slow week, they seem to have stopped stretching apart from the Strawberry Cough. One of them is crazy stunted or maybe just a super slow flower where it’s actually going to be a 10/11 week flowering strain. Although its counterpart Strawberry Cough #2 has shot to the lights and is arguably the frostiest and best bud formation in the tent. (Clones where taken) Glad to see them all get bigger by the day. Was scared my 1 week trip away killed them. It did have a slower growth and PH in the medium was off that whole week. 3/4 more weeks to go! 1000ppm feeding at the moment

Flowers don’t look healthy…but we are getting there. 2nd tent has been bought and half way setup for next grow. Will have 2 tents going for next run. Im addicted to this grow stuff! So I didn't listen to advice of not removing leaves at Week 5 and went and removed and stripped....I regret it now. Bud development definitely slowed down and plants concentrated on growing out more leaves as it seems. Megacrop has been removed from feeding and just Myco Chun as a tea and Plagron 4-in-1 Green Sensation. Giving me an NPK ration of 1-9-11 Hopefully feed this for a week and then follow up with molasses feedings till harvest We shall see if that makes the buds develop a bit more. Buds getting denser and bigger by the day, had to purchase these bud hangers. So nifty. Just auto mode from now I guess

Lots of purples coming in, fading has started and flushing process has begun. I would say next week will be its final weeks and hopefully they keep swelling as they have been! Can’t wait to get the next grows started.
