Some of the leaves on the taller branches were showing spots. I'm ruling out nute deficiencies because it's Coast of Maine soil and I fertilized last week. Looked into fungus, but it's not spreading, and it's not yellowing the leaves. Found something about droplets of water on the leaf surface that magnify the light and create tiny burn spots. Plausible, since I dribble a bit of water on the leaves by accident when I water. Cut off the most spotted of the leaves anyway. Also dealing with a few gnats (no more than 6 or 7) but no matter how many I kill, they seem to keep coming back...but never any more than 6 or 7. Got a Raid stick in there, may hang a stickum strip from the ceiling as well.
hey when you say water ran out the bottom as soon as you watered do you think theres a chance that the soil went hydrophobic due to underwatering? not sure what ur watering schedules like but she looked real big going into flower would be drinking lots i assume. I've had a couple of girls which i was scared to overwater but ended up drying up and soil then went hydrophobic and was really hard to rescue from there. had to keep flooding the soil just so it reabsorbs
