BunnyAndToadatHome After the last attempt failed due to constant rain and gnats because of the humidity, we decided to pop two more seeds from Fastbuds into the same soil as the previous seeds after the weather cleared. Seeds were popped roughly 1/8th inch into the soil, directly sown. Both seeds thankfully popped unlike the last attempt. One of the seeds (the mixed pack seed) got munched on by some bug likely right after it popped from the soil. Thankfully though, it seems to be recovering and is growing to be expected from a plant that got munched on. Anywho, excited for this time around!

BunnyAndToadatHome Hey yall! The plant is growing absolutely incredibly these past few days. I added a layer of straw mulch after sowing in some cover crop seed. The straw mulch helped significantly to keep the moisture in the soil and the plant health absolutely massively improved. The last week or so has been temps over 90, even up into 100. Night time temps are pretty consistently between 75-78. Air Humidity ranges from 76% in the morning to 45% near the end of the day. I have ordered some Comfrey Ferment and Quillaja 20 from BuildASoil as a tester to see if i can get more plant soluble nutrients and microbes into the pot. Hoping these will get me through until flower. Super excited for week three, seeing all the growth so far has been extremely fun!

BunnyAndToadatHome Okay y'all so this plant started its life outside, and as of week three it has been moved inside due to weather concerns of extremely high heat and massively fluctuating humidity. The high of week 3 was 102F with a humidity of 76%, insane. The plant is now under an Ionboard S22, and will make its way into an AC infinity 2x2x4 by the end of week 4. It is being supplementally heated (as the homes AC is set to 68f) by a space heater and the temperature in the area of the plant is roughly 75F. Above pictured you can see that the plant was rained on, and that was the image took once I was home from work, the next picture is a day afterwards when the plant is able to receive full sun again. Super excited to see growth this upcoming week, I finally received my Fermented Comfrey Extract bought from Build A Soil, and cant wait to see results using it.

BunnyAndToadatHome Sorry for lack of updates, plant is doing well, it took a major stunt when Eli took a few bites out of its fan leaves around week 4, flipped into flower shortly after likely because of the stress. As of now, after a few good comfrey feedings and a large craft blend/comfrey/quillaja feeding, the plant growth has sped up tremendously. Starting to smell incredible and look great! Also, why do the cats want to eat it sooo baddd

BunnyAndToadatHome Ignore feeding quantities, i did a handful of build a flower about a week or two ago, and watered some comfrey roughly .05 gal comfrey and .45 gal fridge filtered water. Worrying currently about the tightly packed nodes, definitely don’t want budrot as a result. Humidity during the day ranges from 55%-58% at 75-79° F. And at night it is 56%-59% at the same temps. I need to get a dehumidifier soon, but cant afford one currently. Hoping for the best.

BunnyAndToadatHome doing some light defoliation to increase airflow between buds. Plant is looking great, smelling super sweet with a lil bit of gas in there. Buds are already super resinous and i have to be careful when defoliating not to get my hands too sticky. Added a layer of build a flower to give it its final push to harvest. I have continued to use quillaja and comfrey every other watering to help retain soil moisture and keep the soil alive.

BunnyAndToadatHome honestly this is my first grow, not sure if this plant has another week, or two more weeks, or more? Last week or so has been smooth sailing, super easy routine of watering around lunch time and pulling on some of the sugar leaves to space out the buds for airflow (i am deathly afraid of budrot). I bought a jewelers glass to check trichomes but honestly cant tell the difference between clear/cloudy, but i can see maybe 5% amber trichs.

Looks good bro. You are on the right track with the jewelers loop. You will know when she is ready. Check for red trich's on the lower buds. I find they tend to show up there first. Good luck with the rest of the grow. Fastbuds has nice strains.
