blacklake 2 seeds germinated, a third one didn't. I germinated a fourth one a week later and gave it away to a friend later.

On grow day 40 I started with LST, but due to the slow grow that was not very effective

blacklake Switched to flowering so late, because the plants grew very slowly. Maybe due to bad light and low temperature in the first weeks, maybe it's the strain.
Plants are small and very bushy.
I'm monitoring the whole grow using Home Assistant: Air Temperature, Air Humidity, Brightness, Soil Humidity.

blacklake After two weeks of absence very little growth, not the expected stretch. Therefore and because the plants are so small, I removed the scrog net.

blacklake Trichomes are getting milky.
The Ayahuasca Purple are still green, with no purple visible. I'm wondering if it's going to become purple in her last days. Strange.

blacklake The plants are becoming yellow, at least one of the Ayahuasca Purple (AP) and the OG Kush. The second AP is still green, looks unfinished and trichomes are partially not frosty, yet.
I found bud rot on the OG Kush (cola lower right on the picture) and removed it. Probably over 60% humidity is too much but I can't fix it at the moment.

blacklake * On the first Ayahuasca Purple (top left on the picture) trichomes are becoming amber colored.
* OG Kush (bottom on the picture) also looks almost ready.
* The second AP (top right) is not ready yet.
I have no possibility to cut and dry the plants separately. My current plan is cutting them down next week. As I'm only allowed to keep 50g overall (german law), throwing the not-so-potent stuff away doesn't hurt so much. Or maybe I'm making an extract out of it.
My Hesi Bloom Complex is empty but with just a week left I'm going to water the plants a last time without nutrients. Maybe that counts as "flushing".
Last week I found bud rot on OG Kush and removed a cola. Looks like everything else is healthy but I'm not sure what to think about mold and if I have to cut more or throw the plant away in the end. We'll see.
The plants grew very small and bushy, they reached 50cm in the end. Not sure, if that's a problem, but different than expected.
I really like how the flowers look like, being different on both plants. What really disappointed me, was the missing purple coloring. One plant stayed completely green, the other one gained a bit of color but still.
Had no problems with mold or other problems, so resistance was probably good.
Based on the experience growing it, I wouldn't use this strain again.

blacklake Day 100, flowering day 64: the time has come. I have no possibility to dry and grow at separate points in time, because I'm drying in the tent. Therefore all plants were chopped today.
One of the Ayahuasca Purple was ripe, the other one isn't (no amber trichomes, yet). OG Kush also looks done.
Small and bushy strain. Maybe it was my tent and environmental conditions. I like how the plants looks.
The seed was a free gift, so I had no specific hopes or expectations.
I had bud rot on this plant and I believe I was working quite hygenic. Air humidity was maybe too high.
After drying I found more mould and threw away 2 of 4 twigs. Didn't weigh the wet buds.
Dry yield (without trim): 20g

Beautiful plants @blacklake ! The ladies look really healthy.
Can you tell some more about the sensors that you use?
Best of luck for the coming weeks!
@groen, my whole system (also lights and heating) is based on Home Assistant.
* Lamp is controlled by an Aqara smart plug: https://www.aqara.com/eu/product/smart-plug-eu/
* I installed an Aqara Light Sensor T1 to see if my automation works. The growbox is in the basement and I had problems with signal strength. But turns out, everything worked flawlessly
* SONOFF SNZB-02D Zigbee Temperature and Humidity Sensor
* I added soil moisture sensors using ESP8266 flashed with ESPhome. Really easy (but I'm a developer, so maybe not so easy). There are plenty of tutorials.
Any specific questions?
@blacklake,
I would love to know more about your soil moisture sensors and your experience using them.
I did try a lot of the cheap conductive and capacitive ones, I even build one capacitive myself, but I always had issues with signal drift, rendering my automation completely useless.
Best regards and happy grow.
PS:
hash is the way to go in Germany, there's still the 7.5 g THC is never a negligible amount ruling, but at least you can easily stay below the 50 g threshold.
@blacklake, Hi there, yes, please excuse my delay, but I somehow missed your reply.
What type of soil moisture sensor did you use and what was your experience with that particular model?
I am asking because I have never encountered a "hobbyist" grade soil moisture sensor that did not degrade rapidly, the conductive ones did oxidize even in AC pulsed mode, the capacitive ones encountered massive signal drift and even my diy solution did drift, so it might be my slmore my soil and less the sensors.
I know of a few industrial solutions like porosity pressure or colorimetric heating, I just haven't found a solution for home applications.
Or for that matter an affordable professional kit.
