Grape Walker Kush x Iced 'n' Baked

After waiting for my last 2 beans to come above ground they're now off to the races 👍 I did get a bit worried they wasn't gonna germinate so I did bung 2 more seeds in the mix so when they pop up I'm gonna have to find a home for them. It would be a bit mean to yank them as soon as they're born so I'm thinking of making a little bonsai 🤔 The heat has been a bit of an issue already and it's only gonna get worse so I'm gonna have to buy an air conditioner to cool the room it draws air from as I doubt it'll fit in my cupboard 🙄 There's been a nice bit of growth from 3 of my plants this week. Unfortunately there was a runt of the litter but luckily I had 2 more seeds in the pots that have popped up and look very healthy. They're already bigger than the runt so I'm gonna swap them around once I grab a couple of little plant pots to grow the extras in 😊

Another week done, feels like they were only born yesterday 😭 The fabric pots I'm using this time round are causing the soil to dry out a bit quicker. I'm not really seeing any runoff but I am only feeding 1 litre every other day though and I didn't add a layer of clay pebbles this time after a bit of research that told me not to bother. I've swapped over #4 'The Runt' with #5 and said goodbye to my extra 2 cause I don't have enough soil to fill another small pot and it wasn't worth getting 50l more. I will try one outside my next crop though to see the difference 😊

My plants have been looking really happy this week, I check on them before I leave for work and they're normally praying to the led god 🙏 My biggest plant is just about ready for lst so I'll start that tomorrow 😊

It's been a lovely week of vegetive growth 😊 all of my plants look like they're a couple of days behind the next smallest but I'm sure they'll all look the same in flower and it doesn't mess with my harvest window 🤞 All 4 plants have had some lst treatment now, my biggest is an absolute monster that keeps springing back a few hours after tying him down 💪 Unfortunately yesterday I was pretty drunk and high which was the wrong time to adjust my lst. I accidentally topped my second biggest plant, his main head just snapped right off when I tried to tie it down more.. I sloppily used some wire to try and hold it back in to heal but it was flopping about when I checked this morning so I just cut it off. There's alot of other sprouts at least so hopefully it'll balance itself out 😑

We're into flower now for 3 of my plants and the last one is almost there 😊 There has been alot of stretching this last week and the time for lst has come to an end, as I found out when I decapitated my 2nd biggest plant. He's recovered now but has dropped to 3rd being overtaken and put in to first place by #3 a late comer to the party but has caught up! I've been seeing a fair few gnats flying around, I've killed as many as I can but I may have to blast the surface with diatomaceous earth, luckily I over ordered last time and have a bag full 😊 I'm starting to get a nice waft now, I'm just hoping there's no terp destroying heatwaves coming for my harvest at the end of August 🤞

The stretch is finally over I hope and all 4 of my plants are looking happy and healthy 😊 I was wondering why my #4 plant was looking so different and lanky but I remember that because the original had failed I planted 2 seeds that were the same strain but from a different pack so probably just a different mother contributing to it being so tall 3 are well in to flower now, making some very dank frosty buds already and my #4 only just flowering now so I'm predicting a struggle with my harvest window They've been drinking alot this week with the heat, I've been giving them 1l each when they need it which seems to be keeping them praying to the led every morning so instead of upping how much I feed them I'll just give them 1l when the pots are dry af Thats all for this week, time to pack on some weight this week 😊 Got a bit carried away with daily uploads had a 12 day week so have adjusted everything 🙄

Last week was pretty basic, just a bit of defoliation here and there and watering whenever the pots are light. There has been alot of bud growth and a load of trichomes popping up covering everything in sight so I'm pretty happy with how it's going 😊 By the looks of things I'm hoping to harvest these on day 80ish if the weather is cool enough but I think I should just get an air conditioner so I can keep it cold for drying and not kill all my terps.. That's all for now, just watching, waiting and watering 12th August 2024 Just want to sympathise with all the UK growers out there, I've got 33c in my grow room currently this is definitely the push needed to invest in an air conditioner 😂

This week has been a scorcher, my poor plants have been subject to 30c for most of the week and they have just about made it through. There has been some yellowing from what I guess is heat stress but they've still been fattening up and drinking 1l most days. I'm hoping it's gonna start cooling down as we get in to autumn and that should line up with my harvest window 😊 I normally have pretty scary dreams but I'm used to it and I just roll with it. However, when I dreamt last night that my weed was covered in bananas that really got to me 😂

I think the time has come to switch to final part, my buds are maturing and it looks like they just need a couple of weeks to fatten up 😊 Each plant has its own different grape stank so I'm really looking forward to hopefully drying and curing these well enough to have a nice smoke at the end. One of my plants is unfortunately around a week behind the other 3 but I'd rather not risk missing the harvest window for the sake of one lanky sativa dominant that won't yield more than 2oz 😊 Next feed I'll switch nutrients and aim to harvest in 2 weeks time 🤞 I've ordered a cheeky little air conditioner that has a dehumidifier and a smart app to control it which is ideal. There's supposed to be another heatwave next week and I think keeping the temperature around 16-18c is gonna help preserve my terps cause every one of my harvests so far have tasted like poo poo bud cause of me messing up with the drying conditions 🙄

This will be the final week of flowering 😊 buds look good and I've just got an air conditioner to help me keep the temperature down during the drying stage cause I really don't wanna mess it up again, I just really need some nice weed 🤞 The black and decker 5000btu ac I got doesn't really seem to make a dent in the temperature for some reason, even when the lights are out so I'll probably print some kind of attachment that leads in to a 3 way duct splitter to vent it directly into my grow cupboard. I'm really happy with how they turned out anyway even with the heat each one of them has a unique grape stank 😊

It's been great seeing my plants fade and not look completely dead before I harvest them. I'm hoping that I've saved some terps this time round and I'm gonna keep the ac blasting 16c and the dehumidifier /humidifier are set to keep it at 60% humidity. Please be nice 🙏
