1. This week's posting is a few days late. The horde was put into darkness for about 30hrs then flipped to a 12/12 light schedule.
2. The horde has shot up like weeds! I stopped LST when I did my final defoliation prior to the flip. They took off when they weren't restrained. I expect a lot more stretch when flowering kicks into full gear.
3. 2 of the plants are a bit spindly. They could be male, Sativa dominant, or just poor genetics. I'll know in a week or so. Now that I'm letting them grow they should fill out and start looking more robust. If not, I could cull them from the horde. This tent really isn't big enough for 6 plants. 4 would be a much better number.
4. The horde is being fed/watered every 3 days now. My schedule remains Feed-Feed-Recharge. I'm using full strength Sensei Grow A+B, or full strength Recharge with 2l filtered water.
5. I'll switch to bloom nutes when I start to see true flowers. My thinking is that the plants will still need growth nutrients throughout the stretch then I can switch.
@The_Projexx, Thanks again. This is a pretty ambitious grow. There are 7 plants in the tent at the moment. Only 1 is feminized, so who knows what will happen when I flip them.
@Quexos, yes bro the bushy ones are a pain to train, I usually pinche the hell out of the main stem so that the sides branch out. Anyway it's looking great, can't wait to look at the stretch!
@@SeedLover, Thanks. I'm getting a lot of practice mainlining and LST. The Indicas are a lot harder to manage. The stems and stalks are really thick and close together. They don't like being trained.
@TreeTent310, Oh easily, but there are really only 3 plants in the tent that will be really nice. I've already removed the tall, gangly one in the back. I might remove another bagseed. That way I can focus the light on the 4 plants with strong genetics.
The Blue Dream is about ready to flower. She is not as big as the White Fire though.
@TreeTent310, I'm not going to top them again. I'm already running out of room in the pots for training!!! I plan on letting the second topping get to 3 nodes then flip. Most of the plants are done with the first node. A few are working on the 3rd node. This weekend I'll prune the 2nd nodes and continue training. Otherwise I'm just going to let them spread out and develop. I'm thinking about 2 weeks before flipping. I'm hoping 1-2 are males. I'm not sure I have enough room for 6 flowering ladies! Oh woe is me!😉
@Quexos, I have the same problem lol I usually supercrop and defoliate only but this time I wanted to try something new. Your plants grow very well, they'll bounce back from the carnage in a day!
