The used growing medium is BioBizz Light Mix and Frux Grow Bio All-Mix. I will start a new week in my diary every Thursday and add pictures and information as I go along. I added a self-made (3D printed) raised floor grid, made of transparent PETG, to the growbox setup. I hope this will increase air circulation at the bottom of the fabric pots, as the grid is 1cm above the bottom and the air can circulate freely. First seedling seen on surface 5 days after planting, hope more in the future. Two are still to come. Temperatures during the germination phase between 24°C and 30°C, humidity between 53% and 76%. UPDATE: Second seedling broke through the surface 6 days after sowing. One more to come UPDATE: Third seedling also showed up. 3 out of 3, i.e. 100% germination rate

Week 1 has started It is midsummer here, the temperatures outside are above 30°C during the day. This is why it is difficult to keep the temperature below 28° both in the apartment and in the grow box. Fortunately, the stated 30°C in the dairy are currently only temperature peaks. I decided to set the dark phase during the day, when it is warmest outside and in the apartment, so as not to add additional waste heat from the lamp. I am currently at about 26% exhaust air output, which means I am exchanging exactly 3 times the volume of air in the grow box per minute. I will increase the output to 40% to better regulate the temperature. UPDATE (Day 2): Increasing the exhaust air output has not changed the temperatures much. Back to 26%. It's just too warm in the apartment. So questioning myself where is the cooler air for the grow box going to come from? 😝 Set the circulating fan to level 2 to avoid hot spots inside the box. Now the good old trick is used by opening the windows in the evening to let the cool air from outside into the apartment. This does not require any more expensive technology 😉 So both the climate in the grow box and I benefit from it 😎 UPDATE (Day 3): The first two seedlings are developing very well, but the third one worries me a little. The third seedling has not yet developed a pair of leaves on day two. You can only see the tips sticking out from the middle. I'll give him time. No issues with the temperature at the moment, but the humidifiers have to work harder than before. UPDATE (Day 4): In the third seedling, the first pair of leaves has developed slightly further. UPDATE (Day 5): The leaves are starting to get some light spots. At the moment I have no idea what it could be, because all in all, apart from seedling number 3, everything is unremarkable. Perhaps it is the genetics of the strain that behaves this way. UPDATE (Day 6): Today summer is back again and I'm once again struggling with a good 29°C in the grow box. As soon as it cools down in the evening, I let the cold air back into the grow box room and thus lower the temperatures. Tomorrow the first 7 days will be finished and I will complete this diary week. UPDATE (Day 7): The first week of growing is over. I'm currently moderately satisfied. Plant no. 3 continues to be severely lagging in growth and the next few weird leaves are developing. I think this plant is going to be a deformity, butI'll give her another week, a maximum of two weeks.

Week 2 has started. Summer is here again and it's a good 32°C outside. This is also noticeable in the apartment. It was a good decision to leave the lamp off between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. oherwise a higher temperature would be expected in the grow box. The plants still have lighter spots, but they generally look healthy, so I'm not worried. The first slightly normal-looking leaves are slowly emerging from the problem child, plant no. 3. Let's see... UPDATE (Day 10): Plant no. 3 develops strange leaves again. One leaf has a very atypical shape, the other is completely stunted. I don't think it's worth continuing to grow this plant, so I'm going to germinate a new seed. UPDATE (Day 11): I got rid of plant no. 3 today. R.I.P. 💀 The growth behavior was simply unnatural. I moved another plant from my almost simultaneous growth to this grow box. Two seeds there (in the other grow box) did not sprout. There I can now sow three new seeds and start all over again. UPDATE (Day 14): Growing week 2 is over. I'm quite satisfied so far. The plants are developing well. Only plant number 3 seems to develop a little slower in the other soil. It is "Frux Grow Bio All-Mix" than the other two in "Biobizz Light Mix". No. 3 also droops its leaves slightly. Which to me is a sign of mild overwatering. Given their age, I gave them the same amount of water as the others. Although the soil contains coconut fibers and wood chips, it still seems to me that this soil is a little less well ventilated in the root system. If the leaves are still drooping tomorrow, I will skip a day of watering on this plant so that the medium can dry out a bit more. Next week the first two plants will receive some fertilizer, about half the recommended amount. Watering is only done every second day from next week on. I will reduce the lamp distance to 45cm and the humidity target to 60%.

Week 3 has started. The strongest plant (No. 1) gained 3 cm in size in 24 hours. New lamp distance is 45cm, Watering only every 2 days from now on. I don't know what's going on with plant no. 3. She is stagnating in growth. Maybe you have tips. This morning there have been no hanging leaves or similar, just before the dark period started (about 18 hours after the last watering) and 6 hours later the leaves drooped again. Today fertilizer was applied in a very weak dosage for the first time. 1ml 420Flow All-in-One organic fertilizer to 1 liter of water, only once this week. UPDATE (Day 16): Thank you all for the quick help with my growing questions. Great community, I'm proud to be a part of it 💪 No. 1 gained again 2cm in size in 24 hours. Now I'm starting to understand why a lot of you guys always talks about upward growth spurts 😅 UPDATE (Day 19): Two plants are doing wonderfully, the third is slowly getting going. 4 cm height gaining in 3 days from plant no. 1. There is a heat and weather warning here. It's supposed to be 34°C for the next few days. I hope I get through it fairly well. Luckily the nights are relatively cool. UPDATE (Day 21): Week 3 is over. All in all, I'm happy with how things are going right now. Next week the lamp distance will be further reduced and the amount of water and fertilizer increased.

Does anyone have any idea why my plant no. 3 is stagnating in growth? She had always the same amount of watering and conditions (except different medium) as the other two plants. Yes, she is younger, but in relation to her age she seems to be developing much more slowly.

Hey, you need to water on a daily basis. Way more frequently when growing in cocosoil. It is true that your plant needs more nutrients, But your All-In-One should still work and theres not much you can change, but adding Cal-Mag. Happy Growing and dont stress it, if you water more often and smaller amounts she will grow normal. She also could be behind just because of the genetics dont worry about it too much, as long as she looks rather healthy.

Week 4 has started. The strongest plant (No. 1) gained again 2 cm in size in 24 hours. New lamp distance is 30cm, Watering again every 2 days but with increased amount. Plant no. 3. has a complete different grow behavior compared to the other two plants. Fertilizer amount is also increased from this week on. 3ml 420Flow All-in-One organic fertilizer to 1 liter of water. UPDATE (Day 23): As expected, the first signs of flowering are there on two plants. UPDATE (Day 25): The first leaves, the lower ones, start to turn yellow. Not a worrying sign for me at the moment, as the plant is now starting to put its energy into flowering. UPDATE (Day 27): I put a plant from the other project in this grow box. I will explain the background to you at the end of this diary. The leaves are turning too yellow for me. Starting next week I will adjust the amount of fertilizer.

Week 5 has started. This grow is a chaotic disaster 😂 This week, due to the increasingly intense yellowing of the lower leaves, I will increase the amount of fertilizer and follow the manufacturer's instructions printed on the bottle. The amount of water remains the same at 300ml per day for both bigger plants For the other two plants there is an adjusted amount according to the previous weeks' records according to their age. UPDATE (Day 31): It looks like plant no. 3 is now slowly but surely stretching upwards. The last time I watered I already increased the amount of fertilizer. The leaves in the upper part appear stronger again and have become darker. All in all, a good sign. Week 5 is over. It seems to be getting a little quieter and the chaos is subsiding. Apart from a few yellow leaves, I'm quite satisfied. The plant simply gets energy for flowering in the sections it doesn't need. I would like a little less humidity to reduce the risk of mold. But can't do anything about it at the moment.

Week 6 has started I will increase the amount of water for the two oldest plants to 400ml per day. Watering is done every 2 days. I'm currently satisfied, apart from the chaos of the first few weeks, with my first grow 😆 UPDATE (Day 41): The smell has increased in the last few days. The first terpenes can be seen and more are forming every day (see detailed images). Plant no. 4, which became extremely bushy, is also showing the first signs of flowering, as expected for its age. It is interesting to see how plant no. 3 shows a completely different growth behavior. This one is in a growing medium/soil from another manufacturer. I think the growth spurt is mostly over for now. Week 6 is over The smell has increased in the grow box, but there is still no smell from the plants itself through the activated carbon filter. But the fertilizer stinks extremely. There is definitely a smell coming from the exhaust air that the filter cannot remove. Regardless, hopefully I won't have to endure it much longer. The scissor is already ready 😝 The growth has definitely stopped. The largest is plant no. 2 now. Within the last two weeks, this plant has overtaken the previous strongest and largest (plant no. 1), which I didn't expect.

Week 7 has started The smell continues to intensify. The two oldest plants have stopped growing in height at an average of around 50cm. UPDATE (Day 45): Plant no. 4 is getting bushier and getting closer and closer to the fan. Maybe I need to change something in the grow box as space is limited. But I'll wait and see. UPDATE (Day 47): I think I will swap plant no. 3 and no. 4. Plant no. 4 definitely no longer reaches the height of the fan. At this rate of growth, the fan will shave the head off of plant no. 3 in around 4 days 😅 Week 7 is over According to Zamnesia, the harvest time for this strain is 8 - 9 weeks after sowing. So far the flower hairs show no signs of turning brown. As soon as they do this I will start flushing and stop fertilizing on the first two plants. The other two still need a little time. They will be in weeks 6 and 7 starting tomorrow.

Week 8 has started Today I ordered a magnifying glass so I could assess the trichomes this week. According to Zamnesia, harvest time is week 8 or 9, i am excited. UPDATE (Day 53): The first few flower hairs are already turning brown. If it is more than about 20%, I start rinsing i.e. no more fertilizer additive. UPDATE (Day 55): A few flower hairs continue to turn brown. Plant no. 3 has now turned all the lower fan leaves yellow within 3 days, meaning the full energy is going into the flowering, a good sign 😁 Week 8 is over I'm a little concerned about the humidity, which is why I put a small dehumidifier in the room.

Week 9 has started Let's ring in what may be the last week of flowering 😅 UPDATE (Day 59): The flower hairs continue to turn more and more brownish. I expected a distinctly intense smell at this stage. I think in 5 - 10 days I will get the scissors from my accessories 😅 UPDATE (Day 61): Today I started flushing plants no.1 & 2. There is no more fertilizer for these two. Today I discovered two unwanted housemates at the very bottom, on the outside of the fabric pot of plant no. 3... I removed them immediately. UPDATE (Day 63): Plant no.2 struggles a bit with the weight of the buds. I should avoid moving them back and forth quickly. The stem of this plant is not as massively developed as that of plants no. 1 & 4. During the vegetative phase and in the first two weeks of flowering, this was definitely the strongest and largest plant of all, but then it was overtaken by the other two. Week 9 is over.

Week 10 has started The end of the flowering phase is here, the leaves begin to change color or turn brown. The smell is now very intense when you open the grow box. It's harvest week for plants No. 1 and No. 2 😁 There are currently only a few amber-colored trichomes on the flowers and sugar leaves, which is why I'm still waiting. I set up the dry box today and it is now ready for use. The plants are now a week over the time given by Zamnesia. UPDATE (Day 67): More and more trichomes become milky but hardly any become amber in color. It's still a matter of waiting. I think plant no. 4 is a bit over-fertilized, dry leaf tips are a sign for me. I now leave out the fertilizer for the next 2 watering sessions (4 days) and only water with clear water. Actually, I didn't do anything different than I did with the first two plants that are about to be harvested. UPATE (Day 69): I'm still waiting for amber trichomes. Week 10 is over Still nothing with the harvest of the first two plants. Already two weeks above the Zamnesia harvest target.
