First week the new grow. Germinated directly in final pots, no soak or paper towels. 70/30 coco/perlite with coco from plantonix, azomite, bio-live and bio fish underneath the seeds. No nutrients until next week, only RO water for now.
Sadly, I really messed up the sprouting conditions of the purple lemonades. The media was too wet and didn't have any nutrients to begin with and the air was too dry since I hadn't had time to clean my humidifiers. I increased the air temp so that the media and leaf temp would be better for germinating, raised the light to reduce light and make them stretch a little more, increased humidity to about 80% rh for germinating and seedlings, and started 4 new seeds to replace the purple lemonade that failed. I popped two sets of seeds from mephisto genetics: Deez Nugz, and Mephisto's Wedding x Grape Walker Kush
All the plants are in the final pot and media. purple lemonade taking off nicely, those plants are on week 3 and the others are on week 1 technically. all the plants are taking off, i've been feeding with half strength nutrients and will be setting up the irrigation next week probably. They all look very vigorous and happy, no spots or deficiencies noted.
The plants are very happy and vigorous now. All the taproots have reached the bottom of the 3 gallon air pots. I have increased the lighting 20% and set up the automated irrigation to 4 of the 6 plants. I have began leaf tucking on the purple lemonade to help with growth of the lower branches and it seems to be working. The purple lemonades are at day 28 from sprout and are showing signs of pre-flower. The other plants are at day 14 and still
The purple lemonades are beginning to show flowering, no color yet but they're drinking hard now. Turned the Fertigation schedule up to 3 times a day with .10 gallons each watering with full strength athena pro nutrients. pH 5.9-6.0, EC at 3.2. Also turned the lighting up to maximum and getting about 1200 ppfd in the center of the grow area which is sufficient for the amount of CO2 supplementation.
This week was just letting the girls do their thing. I expect the MWxGWK and deez nugs to show signs of pre-flower in the next week and then stretch hard after. The purple lemonades have been tied down and stretched out as much as i can. I think i'll leave the main cola and see how the genetics and yield end up this time. They're starting to really smell lemony, no purple yet. I've got some clips on the way to maybe make it easier than tying down every single branch. Next refill of the resevoir will be 1/2 bloom and 1/2 veg nutes. I also turned up the irrigation frequency to every 4 times a day as they look like they're well established and are drinking hard.
This week, I took all the plants out of the room and gave them a good bondage lesson. Tied down most of the branches to spread them out which is why the room looks so crowded. Also cleaned the salt buildup on the makeshift irrigation so that it would flow consistently. Turned on the last of the irrigation timers as well, so the plants are getting 60 minutes of irrigation time throughout the day spaced at every 4 hours. Most of the plants are through the main stretch. Deez nugs stayed smaller while the MWxGWK absolutely rocketed and is as tall as the purple lemonade now. Purple lemonade very smelly of sour lemon so much it makes me salivate. Wonderful aroma. The deez nugs and MWxGWK are throwing buds and lots of pistils now. Moved my dehumidifier into the room and dropped the humidity to avoid PM and other issues.
These are going to be monster buds.
This week I took each plant out of the room, rebuilt the irrigation tubing to have better flow so it would clog less. I also trimmed up many of the nodes on the lower part of the plants that weren't getting any light and thus unproductive. It will also improve airflow. While putting them back in, I put Deez nugs on stands to make the top branches even with the rest of the room so that I could use a ScroG net as the bugs are going to bulk heavily from this point on. I've also switched fully to bloom nutes. The gals are happy and don't show any signs of deficiency or lockout, just a tiny little bit of tip burn which is fine.
This week is just more of the same, pumping the nutrients. upgraded my pump and irrigation to be more efficient and supply water more consistently. My tubing kept getting clogged, so i just made my own holes with a 16g needle. just need to make sure to get the plugs out of the tubing and that i put the same number of holes in each half-circle. Working well a week in. These ladies are really starting to bulk up. purple lemonade is full sour lemon terps now, probably harvesting in 2-3 weeks. MWxGWK smell exactly like a blue raspberry candy cane like i used to get when i was a kid. It's uncanny that it smells so similar and i hope it translates to the cured bud well. Deez nugs starting to smell like orange and jet fuel a little bit. I am very happy with their development, its going to be a LARGE harvest. I am expecting 8oz+ from each plant.
The girls are going hard, drinking 20 gal of nutrient in about 3 days at this point. All the nugs are thickening heavily and will start to push trichomes hard as well soon. I will probably harvest the purple lemonade in the next week or two. Sadly none of the purple lemonades were dark purple as i've had before and i'll probably not grow this strain again if that's the likelihood. In the future i'll probably only grow 4 plants if they're going to be this size. sheesh.
This will be the last week for the MWxGWK and Purple lemonade. I already took down the sickly purple lemonade and put in vacuum bags and froze fresh as the bud had a strange smell to it. Almost like green peppers with no other terpene profile. I am calling it a loss but that's not too terrible as i'm pretty sure i'll get 8-12 oz from every remaining plant. The deez nugs are looking like they'll go for at least another 3-4 weeks and will most likely yield over a pound each plant.
Now that the other plants were harvested, only the Deez nugs remain. They're in the middle of the last swell and trichome push from the looks of it so I dialed back the nutrients a little and will taper off on the way to harvest. They've got about 2 weeks left from the looks of it. I'll take trichome pics next week to confirm the window. They smell like week and orange cleaner currently. very citrusy.
Great yield. about 10 oz of dense nugs and another 4 oz of trim/larf. It would have been better had i been able to spread out the plants a bit more. The smell is SUPER lemony with heavy pine and sour notes. the high is fairly clearheaded with some good mood enhancement.
huge plant with lots of stacked buds. took very well to coco and athena nutes. Smells like grape cotton candy and kushy weed. in the Jar for two weeks now they are HEAVY gas/diesel. The grape note is still there but overpowered by the gas. The smoke shows more of the grape come through with a decent bit of pine on the inhale as well. The high is more body that head and can get a little stoney if you have too much but that's not always a bad thing to do while playing video games or watching some shows. Makes everything enjoyable. The only downside is a slight groggy hangover the next day but that may fade with time in jar.
These plants were happy and healthy when they were chopped. didn't show too much fade until the end when some of the leaves showed purple and yellows coming through. very excited to smoke this one. expecting 8-12 oz of preem dense nugs.
Overall good grow on the plant, very dense nugs and great terps, smells like orange cleaner with a little strawberry and jet fuel mixed in. I am chopping this a week or two earlier than i had planned because the colas are so dense and hard, they're not getting enough airflow even with the 5 fans I have in the room. I have found several spots of mold on the top colas of one plant that i've had to chop. I can't tell what the root cause was as it's not obvious, so i just took them down. The plants are very heavy, all the colas are so heavy they fall over easily. expecting 12+ oz of preem buds from each of these plants.
Chopped the last two plants, deez nugs, in the grow room and moved the ones i already chopped in as well. It's much easier to control temp and humidity in the insulated room. been holding steady at 62F/60% rh. should be able to get a nice slow dry on these. will definitely only be doing four plants in this room next time.
I'm definitely going to be cleaning up the lower part of the plants more in my next runs. These genetics are very vigorous for autoflowers and i think they can take for trimming than most advise. I ended up with a ton of airy larfy buds this last go and I'd like more focused growth for larger buds that i don't have to process to make useful.

@MrGreen92, Geekpure on amazon. It's like . It only generates 100 GPD but that's more than enough for me. I fill a 55 gallon food grade barrel with it and that'll last me a couple weeks until they're heavy in flower.
