Kolkrabe_of_Doom There's an explosion in width. Incredible. Even though the height is at 10cm, the pot (for reference, this is a 10l pot, so not that small, but appropriate for an autoflowering, which I thought wouldn't get that big anyway), a bush!

Kolkrabe_of_Doom Unfortunately, the weather is terrible. It’s raining and raining and raining. The worst June in years. Is the experiment "Low Effort Outdoor" in the pot garden going to fail? The plant seems to like the temperature and the humidity, and it's shooting up a bit and spreading massively.

Kolkrabe_of_Doom This week, there's good growth again. Despite the crappy weather. There's some sun here and there, but a lot of rain in between. I'm mentally and spiritually preparing to get mildew treatments and stuff. The pumpkin plants in the garden are already infested...

Kolkrabe_of_Doom The weather is slowly getting better. The growth is shooting up. By the end of the week, I discover the first signs of flowering! The vegetative phase seems to be over now. Time to pack some flowering fertilizer sticks into the soil. Yes, exactly. That's part of my experiment. Low effort, using nothing that I don't already have at home for regular houseplants! Powdery mildew was visible at the beginning of the week, but it was successfully fought off with powdery mildew spray.

Kolkrabe_of_Doom The plants are changing. They are becoming a bit skeletal. But the flowers are sprouting.

Kolkrabe_of_Doom After the rather skeletal appearance last week, the plants have formed more foliage again. Fresh, green, juicy. The buds are continuing to grow. The color in the tips disappeared again, was it a deficiency or too much?

Kolkrabe_of_Doom Since the plant got too bushy because of the weather, I gently cut out the biggest light thieves in 2 steps with a few days in between this week. Not much, just 4 or 5 per plant. The buds are getting fatter. For the first time, the ladies are also smelling really hempy.

Kolkrabe_of_Doom We have summer! Continuing with the gentlest defoliation. Fertilizing only once a week. This time a new "life hack," blooming fertilizer sticks dissolved in water. Rinse a little with water. No signs of over-fertilization. Growth continues to go up. Lots of rich green still.

Kolkrabe_of_Doom This week there's another boost in flowering. I expect just two more weeks. Then the two ladies will have to meet the fate of Marie Antoinette.

Kolkrabe_of_Doom Unfortunately, I have to move on to harvesting after week 13/14 due to scheduling reasons. But the trichomes are all ready, and it smells like hell; you can even smell it from over 40m away. Relatively a lot of buds, little wet pre-trim. Everything is sticky. Off to the Bonsanto box with the activated carbon filter and we'll see. It's packed to the brim... I'll give an update on how much came out.
