Nachtrag: natürlich sind die 66g nach 8 Tagen in der Bonsanto Fermentbox. Und bereits massiv vorgetrimmt. Dann noch ne Woche in der Box lassen mit laufendem Lüfter, Boveda Pack zum Fermentieren. Nassgewicht waren das fünffache.
