Genji Deep Water Culture. 5 weeks of vegetative phase + 2 weeks of seedling phase. Seeds grown with easyplug. The lady is in a modified Nutriculture OxyPot. Topping on day 30. Growing very stable. Thick main stem and side branches. First LST on day 33 will let her grow nicely wide. We want to fill the tent, after all. 😉

Genji strong use of LST to get to 16 tops + satellites. Outer area with 12 tops, inner area with 4 tops. Should fill the tent nicely.😉

Genji A wonderful lady. She handles any training and grows very robustly. Right now, she's very thirsty and likes to drink up to 5 liters. She also reduces the nutrient solution from 1.4 to 0.8 within a day. Very hungry 😉

Genji The beauty has now completely spread out in the tent. It is now about 85-90cm wide. The stretching phase should be over soon, and it will fit perfectly in the tent. The plan with "One Tent One Plant" is fully utilized. 😎

Genji The lady is growing without any major problems. The flowering is perfect and will surely develop magnificently in the coming weeks. At the current height of 70 cm, it's getting tight with the height. I hope it doesn't reach 80 cm. Anything above that will be difficult. The root system has also grown immensely in the past weeks. The nutrient solution seems to be a bit too high at 1.6. So, I've lowered the nutrient solution to 1.4.

Genji Finally, I've reached the 5th week of flowering and I can't get enough of the wonderfully shaped buds. They're getting thicker and thicker, showing me that the training and patience have already paid off. The smell is quite strong but also sweet. Reminds me a bit of Pineapple Kush. The sweet pineapple note 😎
Her hunger is slowly decreasing. The nutrient solution is currently at 1.34, just under 1.4. She has built up a good reserve over the last week, which made her a bit darker. Depending on how she consumes the nutrient solution, I'll keep adjusting.
The vertical growth is finally over. I was a bit worried she would get bigger, but at 79cm, it's finally done. The lights are maxed out and can't go any higher. More would have been difficult. But everything fits too well.
I'm looking forward to the next dreamy weeks 😁
Edit: on day 32 of flowering, reduced the nutrient solution to 1.2. That's enough. She doesn't have that much hunger right now.

Genji Week 6 is starting to look really interesting. The buds are massive and just keep getting fatter. The sight is a dream. The stigmas are still all white, but they'll probably color up over the course of the week.
The nutrient solution has been reduced to 1.0 for now. It should draw some food from the leaves if it wants more. Since we're approaching the final phase anyway, that works just fine.

Genji The 7th week of flowering is here. The buds have become extremely fat. Especially the four upper buds. The pistils are still bright white. A few isolated ones have already turned amber. Nutrient solution has been reduced to 0.8, as she is mostly just taking water now.
Edit: Day 45 adjusted nutrient solution to below 0.5. The lady doesn't want anything more. Since she will be done soon anyway, I'm starting the "flushing.

Genji Week 8 unfortunately doesn't start off too well. One bud has started to mold. That one had to be disposed of. The rest of the plant looks pretty good for now. Hoping it stays just with that one bud. The good news is, the first trichomes are turning amber. I hope I can harvest them soon, because a lot of rain is coming and that’s not good for the buds. The dehumidifier is now running 24/7. 😇
No more nutrient solution. Just water with an EC of under 0.2. The light is also only running at 65%.

Genji Flowering week 9. This might be the last week of her life cycle. Many scars are already brown. The trichomes are almost all completely milky. Unfortunately, you still have to search for amber trichomes. You might find one or two every now and then. I think in 5 days I will see if I can start the harvest.
Day 59: The risk of mold is a bit too high for me. 2 buds have already been affected. The lady is being harvested now. 😈
Sehr interessanter Geruch.

Genji On day 59, it was time. Unfortunately, the lady got mold on 2 of the upper buds. The tips had to be removed early. I would have liked to go until day 65, but the risk of mold was too great for me. These monstrous buds are really hard to manage even with a dehumidifier. The trichomes could have gone a few more days. But better to harvest than to deal with mold.😉
She was flushed long enough. Flushing started on day 45.
It was an honor to grow this plant. She grew very robustly and very symmetrically. It was a lot of fun to watch these gigantic buds grow.
With 2627g wet weight, that's quite a number. Let's see what it comes out to when dry.😜 Pictures to follow.
