Grape ape auto F1 Zamnesia / Razzberry gastank PCG 1st autopot

Still my girls are struggeling with too much water in the soil . I gave them some boom boom spray as a anti stress agent . It was a bit too cold so i added a tube heater in the next couple of days . I also put in the HPA meter , 0hpa is 100% wet , 600 and up almost bone dry . I try to get them between 120-300 hpa
