Gorilla Cookies Auto

Jetzt wo die Pflanze im Jiffy etwas wachsen konnte habe ich den Air-Pot vorbereitet. Der Topf hat 12,5 Liter Volumen, habe den mit Erde gefüllt, leicht angedrückt, und anschließend noch etwas Erde und Perlite draufgekippt. Die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass sich das Substrat durch das Gießen stärker als vermutet absenkt, und nur die obersten beiden Reihen der Air-Pots sind wasserdicht. Den Fehler mache ich nicht nochmal. Gedüngt wurde mit 50g BioGrow sowie 50g BioBloom von Green House Feeding. Anschließend ist der Jiffy von seiner "Haut" befreit worden und es ging in die Erde. Gegossen wurde dann mit Nematoden, hatte letztes mal leichte Probleme mit Trauermücken. Lampe ist auf 20% (0,2*150W=30W), um die Pflanze herum versuche ich bei Air-Pots immer einen kleinen Graben einzudrücken. So hält sich das Wasser besser im Topf. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Now that the plant has been able to grow a little in the peat spring pot, I have prepared the Air-Pot. The Air-Pot has a volume of 12.5 liters, I filled it with soil, pressed it down lightly and then tipped some more soil and perlite on top. Es geht unspektakulär weiter: Die Pflanze wurde noch nicht gegossen, der Topf ist immernoch sehr schwer vom ursprünglichen Gießen beim einpflanzen. Habe am 07.09. den VPD von 0.9 auf 1.0 erhöht, keinen Dünger gegeben, der Lampenabstand wird mal früher und mal später reguliert. Sieht alles prächtig aus, bis dato kamen auch keine Trauermücken auf wie beim letzten Grow. _________________________________________________________________________ It continues unspectacularly: the plant has not yet been watered, the pot is still very heavy from the original watering when it was planted. I increased the VPD from 0.9 to 1.0 on 07.09., did not add any fertilizer, the distance between the lamps is sometimes adjusted earlier and sometimes later. Everything looks great, and so far no fungus gnats have appeared as with the last grow.

Freitag den 13. war es so weit, Madame hat Wasser und Dünger bekommen. Dieses Mal gab es 30g BioGrow und 30g BioBloom von Greenhouse Feeding, zusätzlich wurde das Gießwasser noch mit etwa 3,5g BioEnhancer versehen. Anschließend gab es so knapp 4-5 Liter Wassser, war ziemlich durstig die Gute. Die Pflanze hat auf jeden Fall einen ordentlichen Schub in den letzten 2 Tagen gemacht, inzwischen kommt auch ein dezenter aber eindeutiger Geruch aus dem Zelt - wenn man es denn öffnet. Bin bis dato immernoch sehr zufrieden, mal gucken wie sie in 6-8 Wochen aussieht. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Friday the 13th was the day, Madame got water and fertilizer. This time she was given 30g of BioGrow and 30g of BioBloom from Greenhouse Feeding, plus about 3.5g of BioEnhancer. Afterwards I gave the plant about 4-5 liters of water, she was quite thirsty. In any case, the plant has made a big boost in the last 2 days, and there is now a subtle but distinct smell coming from the tent - if you open it. I'm still very satisfied so far, let's see what it looks like in 6-8 weeks.

Am 20.09. hat die gute nochmal ordentlich Wasser bekommen, ansonsten gibt es nicht viel Neues zu erzählen. Bin bis dato noch zu faul das Netz ins Zelt einzusetzen, irgendwie wächst die Pflanze automatisch relativ buschig und erhält dadurch auch in den unteren Trieben viel Licht. _____________________________________________________________________________ On 20.09. the plant was watered again, otherwise there is not much new to tell. I'm still too lazy to put the net in the tent, somehow the plant automatically grows relatively bushy and gets a lot of light in the lower shoots.

Diese Woche gabs nur Wasser, die Pflanze entwickelt sich prächtig. Ich finde das grün der Blätter sehr angenehm ausgeprägt, bin zufrieden und habe aktuell meines Wissens nach keinerlei Probleme. Kann gerne so weitergehen, ist extrem unkompliziert und die Pflanze wird so langsam richtig buschig. VPD von 1,2 auf 1,3 erhöht. ________________________________________________________________ This week there was only water, the plant is developing splendidly. I find the green of the leaves very pleasantly pronounced, I'm satisfied and as far as I know I don't have any problems at the moment. Ein weiteres Update zur Gorilla Cookies Auto. In dieser Woche habe ich ein paar Blätter entfernt, 30g BioBloom als Topdressing dazu gegeben und den Luftbefeuchter aus dem Zelt entfernt. In der Höhe stagniert die Pflanze etwas, bin mir nicht sicher ob ich früher den Abstand hätte vergrößern sollen - aber wenns auf 60cm eine ordentliche Ernte gibt passt es ohnehin für mich. Die Blätter sehen satt grün aus, keine Trauermücken und insgesamt nach wie vor ein sehr stressfreier Grow. ____________________________________________________________________ Another update on the Gorilla Cookies Auto. This week I removed a few leaves, added 30g BioBloom as top dressing and removed the humidifier from the tent. The plant is a bit stagnant in height, I'm not sure if I should have increased the spacing earlier - but if there's a decent harvest at 60cm it works for me anyway. The leaves look lush green, no fungus gnats and overall still a very stress-free grow.

Wieder mal eine sehr unspektakuläre Woche. Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken die Pflanze zu entlauben, zögere aber noch. Die letzte Pflanze hab ich sehr stark entlaubt, bei dieser wollte ich es eigentlich mal 100% natürlich lassen. Vor 2-3 Tagen wurde gegossen, inzwschen hab ich noch einen Untersetzer erworben um das auslaufende Wasser nicht immer mit einem Handtuch auffangen zu müssen. Der Pflanze geht es gut, einige der untersten Sonnensegel sind eingegangen - das ist aber bei dem wenigen Licht, das unten ankommt, relativ normal schätze ich. I'm toying with the idea of defoliating the plant, but I'm still hesitating. I defoliated the last plant very heavily, but I wanted to leave this one 100% natural. It was watered 2-3 days ago, in the meantime I have bought a saucer so that I don't always have to catch the leaking water with a towel. The plant is doing well, some of the lowest sun sails have died - but I guess that's relatively normal with the little light that reaches the bottom. Moving on.

Heute ein Freitags-Update. Ich hab gerade 30g BioGrow, 40g BioBloom und 5g BioEnhancer von Greenhouse Powder Feeding hinzugefügt. Es waren auch schon zu viele Blätter. Ich hatte geplant, die Pflanze ganz natürlich zu lassen, aber heute habe ich mich spontan entschlossen, sie ein wenig zu entblättern. Ich hoffe, ich habe die Pflanzen nicht zu sehr gestresst, die Zeit wird es zeigen. Es stinkt wie die Hölle im Zelt, die Fast Buds Gorilla Cookies Auto riecht schon intensiver als die Royal Queen Seeds Dos-Si-Dos Auto bei der Ernte. Aufgrund leichter Mangelerscheinungen an den Blättern habe ich die Pflanzen heute gedüngt und ihnen Wasser mit einem pH-Wert von ~6,2 gegeben. Die Woche über hatte ich auch recht unangenehme "Probleme" mit dem VPD, hab es einfach nicht wirklich Richtung 1.3 bekommen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch, und ich hab keine Lust gehabt die ganze Zeit über die Heizung zu missbrauchen um meine Luft zu trocknen. _________________________________________________________________ A Friday update today. I had planned to leave the plant completely natural, but today I spontaneously decided to defoliate it a little. I hope I haven't stressed the plants too much, time will tell. It smells like hell in the tent, the Fast Buds Gorilla Cookies Auto already smells more intense than the Royal Queen Seeds Dos-Si-Dos Auto at harvest. Due to slight deficiency symptoms on the leaves, I fertilized the plants today and gave them water with a pH value of ~6.2. I also had quite unpleasant “problems” with the VPD over the week, just couldn't really get it towards 1.3. The humidity was way too high in my opinion, and I didn't feel like abusing the heater all the time to dry out my air.

Woche 10 der Gorilla Cookies Auto. Wieder ziemlich unspektakulär, die reift jetzt noch etwas aus und dann wird geerntet. Wasser mit PH-Wert von 6.4-6.9 gegossen, ein paar alte bzw. vertrocknete Blätter aus dem Zelt entfernt und das wars auch schon. Will ehrlich gesagt endlich fertig werden um den ersten Coco Grow zu starten. Mal schauen wann es so weit ist. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Week 10 of the Gorilla Cookies Auto. Again pretty unspectacular, it will now ripen a little and then be harvested. Poured water with a pH value of 6.4-6.9, removed a few old or dried leaves from the tent and that's it. To be honest, I finally want to be ready to start the first coco grow. Let's see when the time comes.

Mal wieder das wöchentliche Update. Ich hab mir einen PH-Pen gekauft um das Wasser etwas genauer kontrollieren zu können, außerdem bin ich von Zitronen- auf Phosphorsäure zum PH-Wert regulieren umgestiegen. Keine Ahnung ob ich was falsch gemacht hab, aber die Zitronensäure hat das Wasser höchstens für einen Tag stabilisiert. Vielleicht ist das, wegen Erde als Medium, auch herzlich egal, ich probier trotzdem mich schonmal für den nächsten Coco-Grow dran zu gewöhnen. Außerdem habe ich über die letzten Wochen aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zelt mein Gießverhalten geändert: Statt Wasser bis der Air-Pot ein wenig Wasser verliert habe ich immer nur so 1-2 Liter nach Gefühl gegossen. Hintergrund war die viel zu hohe RLF im Zelt wenn ich auf der Arbeit war, hab versucht damit meinen VPD etwas zu erhöhen (was auch geklappt hat). Problem ist glaube ich gewesen, dass mein Trockendünger von Green House Powder Feeding mehr Wasser im Substrat benötigt um ordentlich zu funktionieren. Resultat: Etwas zu helles Grün in den Blättern für meinen Geschmack. Ja, die Pflanze ist auch im Spätherbst ihres Lebens, aber mMn sind die Blätter ein deutlicher Indikator dafür, dass etwas wenig Nährstoffe zur Verfügung stehen. Vielleicht (hoffentlich) täusche ich mich, aber Donnerstag gab es eine große Gießkanne. Mit groß meine ich in diesem Fall knappe 6 Liter, echt unglaublich was gute Erde für die Fähigkeit Wasser zu speichern ausmacht. Jedenfalls habe ich jetzt wieder die für den verwendeten Dünger normale "Schimmel" Schicht an der Substrat-Oberfläche und sehe zu, dass die Pflanze so gut es geht versorgt wird bis sie in wahrscheinlich einer Woche geerntet wird. _________________________________________________________________________________ Once again the weekly update. I've bought a pH pen to be able to control the water a bit more precisely, and I've also switched from citric acid to phosphoric acid to regulate the pH value. I don't know if I did something wrong, but the citric acid only stabilized the water for a day at most. Maybe it doesn't matter because of the soil as a medium, but I'm still trying to get used to it for the next Coco-Grow. I've also changed my watering habits over the last few weeks due to the humidity in the tent: Instead of watering until the Air-Pot loses a little water, I have only ever watered 1-2 liters by feel. The reason for this was that the RH in the tent was far too high when I was at work, so I tried to increase my VPD a little (which worked). I think the problem was that my dry fertilizer from Green House Powder Feeding needs more water in the substrate to work properly. Result: The leaves are a little too bright green for my taste. Yes, the plant is also in the late fall of its life, but in my opinion the leaves are a clear indicator that there are not enough nutrients available. Maybe (hopefully) I'm wrong, but there was a big watering can on Thursday. By large I mean almost 6 liters in this case, really incredible what good soil can do for the ability to store water. In any case, I now have the normal “mould” layer on the surface of the substrate for the fertilizer used and am making sure that the plant is looked after as well as possible until it is harvested in probably a week's time.

Der Grow neigt sich dem Ende zu. Ich habe im Laufe der Woche noch ein (voraussichtlich) letztes mal gegossen, jetzt inspiziere ich die Buds täglich mit dem Mikroskop um zu gucken wann die gute Dame fertig ist. Bin mir gerade noch nicht sicher, tendenziell könnte man wahrscheinlich schon ernten, aber was für einen Schaden können 2-3 Tage mehr schon anrichten? Hab gerade beim Fotos machen viele gelbe Blätter entfernt um mehr Licht an die unteren Buds zu lassen und den Airflow zu erhöhen, viel mehr kann und will ich gerade nicht machen. Vielleicht gibts unter der Woche das nächste Update wo ich sie umhau und aufhänge. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The grow is coming to an end. I watered one (probably) last time during the week, now I'm inspecting the buds daily with a microscope to see when the good lady is ready. I'm not sure at the moment, I could probably harvest already, but what damage can 2-3 days more do? I just removed a lot of yellow leaves while taking photos to allow more light to reach the lower buds and increase the airflow, I can't and don't want to do much more at the moment. Maybe I'll give you the next update during the week, when I'll cut them down and hang them up.

Heute ging der Grow zu Ende. Ich hätte wahrscheinlich noch eine Woche warten können, hatte aber keinen Bock mehr und will mein neues Autopot System zeitnah installieren. Die Pflanze sieht super aus, die meisten Sonnensegel sind schon im Laufe der letzten Wochen abgefallen. Hab Sie heute 2-3 Stunden nach "Sonnenaufgang" abgeschnitten, umgedreht und aufgehangen. Ziemlich stressfrei, wie der gesamte Grow. Bin gespannt wie viel ich ernten werde und in ca. 10 Tagen sollte es soweit sein. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit wird für die ersten 2-3 Tage auf 55% eingestellt, anschließend werde ich es schön langsam auf ~60% RLF lassen und hoffentlich in ziemlich genau 8 bzw. 9 Tagen beschneiden und einlagern können. Dann gibt es auch ein Update mit dem Gewicht. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ The grow ended today. I could probably have waited another week, but I didn't feel like it and wanted to install my new Autopot system as soon as possible. The plant looks great, most of the fan leaves have already fallen off over the last few weeks. I cut them off today 2-3 hours after “sunrise”, turned them over and hung them up. Pretty stress-free, like the whole grow. I'm curious to see how much I'll harvest and it should be ready in about 9 days. Humidity will be set to 55% for the first 2-3 days, then I'll let it go nice and slow to ~60% RH and hopefully be able to trim and store in pretty much 8 or 9 days. Then there will also be an update with the weight.

Insgesamt ein sehr stressfreier Grow. Kein LST, kaum Blätter abgeschnitten, der Trockendünger von Green House Feeding ist wie für mich gemacht. Sehr sehr easy das Ganze, ich hatte so wenig Probleme das es fast langweilig war. Wasser drauf und gut, ab und zu mal ein bisschen Dünger nachkippen und ernten! 10/10 _______________________________________________ All in all, a very stress-free grow.
