@LockDownGrow, I don’t know other than it being Jamaican pure Sativa. This was believable as Jamaican, I trusted the source, it smelled exceptionally strong, and he had no reason to lie. So peppery! Everything Carib is powerful and delicious. Among the strongest, most flavorful weed I had back then was a one time smoke experience,grown on St Thomas. Also pure Sativa, grown on the arid side of the island, it was gold by harvest. It was only the once, so I may be romanticizing it. There is so much great weed down there, and most of it never leaves its native island! Well it does, but often the crew smokes it all up before they go through customs at the next port.

@growdoctordc, what a great story , what was the strain you speak of ?

@LockDownGrow, yah the culture! I’m an old guy, so please forgive brief story telling. The first encounter with Jamaican was when, on a visit to San Juan, a shoe box was placed upon the table. Inside, unwrapped, was about two ounces of buds that appeared identical to the Colombian I was accustomed to smoking in Panama. But it had a distinctive peppery flavor found in no other strain. It showed up occasionally back home. Much later here in the District, I had a source for that singular flavor for years. It remains my all time favorite smoke and I miss it Happy growing and enjoy your harvest

@LockDownGrow, also with the roots coming through, i found leaving a gap between the pots prevented this happening completely if its a problem for you

@LockDownGrow, Really? I was hoping this woulda been a faster strain but after seeing a few others, seems its quite the opposite? I've moved my expected harvest date after seeing yours and a few others on here! :(
