Going back to photoperiods since autoflowers are a waste of my time. Also noticed I got a free seed in my pack!
8/27/24: Soaked for 3 hours in 1% hydrogen peroxide solution then transferred to moist paper towels. Now we wait....
8/29/24: All 4 BBMs have ~1cm roots, into rapid rooters they go. Tent stats: 80F, 70% RH, 10-12 DLI. Using only RO water with no pH adjustment (seems to level off around 6.7).
8/30/24: 10am: We got sprouts. 8pm: Update: Everyone has sprouted and showing cotyledons. Fastest seed to sprout yet.
9/1/24: 2pm: Got 3 of them in seedling bags now, still waiting for some roots to poke out with the other.
9/2/24: 4th one in a bag. Started feeding, 400ec in, 470ec out.
9/3/24: Everyone fed.
9/4/24: Going to start upping the EC to 475. Waiting until the 7th to switch to veg feed schedule.
9/7/24: Last couple of days the new leaves have been curling pretty bad. Think the coco might be too wet and not drying out fast enough for them. They're still growing well so whatever, DLI went up to 16.
Overwatered AND sub 70% humidity likely, raising the DLI didn't see to affect it at all, so raised humidity to 70%/.8kPa. Bought some perlite.
9/8/24: Raising the RH seemed to help, much less curled now but probably still pissed about the dampness of the coco. Live and learn, use perlite when they are young. Potting them up and giving them veg food today, no clue what EC I wanna aim for, probably ~600 just to see what the run off will be like. Also noticed the veg food has gotten a little cloudy but EC has no dropped so it's probably the silica coming out due to the fluctuating pH. So add Cal-Mag last then pH to 6.
So many new things, so many things to calibrate and correct. Weeee.
UPDATE: Ok so it wasn't the humidity (although im sure it didn't help), it's the lights most likely (with no help from the soggy seedling bags); DLI 12-13. Didn't pot up today, just fed the veg feed, EC in was 612 EC out was around 800, so good. Transplant tomorrow.
9/10/24: Got everyone potted up last night, they are looking happier this morning except for the taller one who still seems a little grumpy (but still do better than yesterday).
9/11/24: Pretty sure it's the light causing the curling, tucked her in the corner to see if she improves.
9/13/24: Wasn't the light, so only other option is root issue/feeding, both of which should clear up. Fed 930EC and got 820 out. Bumped DLI up to 20.
9/16/24: Some slight deficiencies from not feeding enough quickly enough, nothing major. Fed 1200EC got ~800-900 out. Gonna feed 1300 next time and hold there. Also plan on topping and potting up sometime this week.
9/18/24: Fed 1300EC got 800 out, hungry girls. Going to pot up to 3 gals tomorrow and feed 1500EC. Will top later this week if they are looking happy.
9/19/24: Fed 1500EC and potted everyone up, roots looked great! Will give them till Sunday to adjust before feeding again (plus by then my NONEXPIRED nutrients will arrive). DLI is now ~25, VPD 1.0kPa.
9/22/24: Fed 1500EC and got ~1400-1500EC out. Gonna hold on 1500, everyone is looking much happier in their new pots and higher EC. Crises over. Will top them on the 24th.
9/24/24: Fed 1500EC, got 1400-1500EC out, gonna up it to 1700 on the 26th and top them tomorrow. DLI is now low 30s.

9/26/24: Fed 1700EC, got 1100-1400EC out, I can never seem to catch up, oh well better under than over.
9/27/24: Started LST, raised DLI to ~35
9/29/24: Fed 1500 since I thought I saw some burn, but i'm thinking it's deficiency instead. Outflow EC is still 1100-1400.
10/2/24: The fucking EC pen was off by about 200-300EC, have a new one that calibrates. Feeding 1700EC. Will flip the 7th just to make sure everything is ready.
DLI: ~30-35, they get pissy if it gets any higher.
VPD: 1.0-1.2 kPa
10/4/24: Fed 1700EC, was nice to have accurate EC measurements, hopefully that should get things at the right ratios before I up it to 1900EC in a couple of days. The 7th will be the beginning of flip.
10/6/24: Fed 1900EC, runoff was about -200. Flip starts tomorrow.
10/8/24: Fed 2050EC, runoff 1900-2050. DLI is now ~20
10/9/24: Perlite was a mistake, going to be feeding every day, maybe twice a day now. REEEEEEEEE. Also think 2050EC is my limit, and i'm going to be using 450EC of Cal-Mag from now on.

10/10/24: Fed 2020EC and got 1500 out of the big one and ~1900 out of the rest. Hungry girls!
10/12/24: Fed 2000EC, 1500-1600 out. Thought I saw some nute burn so I held at 2000, now im thinking it might just be deficency.
10/13/24: Fed 2050EC, 1550-1750 out. Upped the lights to about 20-25 DLI (50% intensity).
10/14/24: Fed only the large one, gave it 2100EC and got 1900 out.
10/15/24: Fed 2075 and got 1900-2200 out. Guess skipping a day really made an impact in the run off. Also knocking the calmag back down to 400EC.
10/16/24: Fed 2000EC and got 1900-2000 out. Also did some defoliation/lollipopping which ever you wanna call it.

10/17/24: Only fed the big one 2000EC, since it's cooled down they don't seem to be drying so ridiculously fast.
10/18/24: Fed 2000EC got 2000-2200EC out.
10/19/24: Fed 2000EC got 1800-2000EC out. These fuckers are monsters, can't move them around anymore with out risking losing a branch.
10/20/24: Only fed the big one today, 2000EC in 2200EC out. Should probably input EC to 1900 given the fact i've defoliated and am getting lazy on keeping them wet.
10/21/24: Got lazy and fed everyone 2000EC, got 2100-2300EC out. Next time i'll feed them 1900. Also DLI is now 28-30.
10/22/24: Gonna keep things at 2000EC, as long as I feed every day it should be fine. Although the big girl does get dry enough to spike the runoff EC so i'm gonna run more water through it when I feed her.
10/23/24: Fed 2000EC, should raise it to 2100, they are really starting to burn through their nutes.

10/27/24: Fed yadda yadda, output EC has risen. They are eating so fast that they dry out and leave salt deposits, should lower EC to 1900.
10/28/24: Fed 1950EC.
10/29/24: Yikes, run off is getting pretty high. Gonna have to either start watering more or lower the EC more.
10/30/24: Fed 1900, runoff looks better. The big girl needs to be fed twice a day 😒

10/31/24: Fed 1900, really gave them a rinse. EC out was good on the smaller two but still really high on the larger ones, they are just drying out way too fast. On a positive note they are really starting to smell.👌
11/1/24: Fed 1900, runoff still high even though I have a second (albeit very light) watering before bed. I'll have to water more before bed.
11/2/24: Even with the 1900 runoff is still high, guess i'll have to drop it to 1800.
11/3/24: Fed 1800, runoff is dropping, feeding before lights off seems to have had a minimal effect.
11/4/24: Fed 1700, runoff was MUCH better. Gonna shoot for 1600 next time and hold there (maybe).
11/5/24: Fed 1600 and the runoff is looking even better, gonna hold at 1600 so I dont start underfeeding. Also gonna start adding 1-2ml/g PK13.
11/6/24: Fed 1600, run off is just about right, going to lower to 1500 and hold there. Tomorrow starts the first of the PK13.

11/8/24: Fed 1500 /w 2ml/gal of PK13. Things still looking good.

11/10/24: SSDD.
11/11/24: 1450EC, runoff almost perfect. Just a few more weeks.
11/12/24: 1500. VPD now 1.2-1.4

11/14/24: Fed 1400, EC is still a little high so gonna drop it to 1300.
11/16/24: 1300 in, ~1700 out. Gonna lower EC a little bit more.
11/19/24: 1120 in, same output. Just a couple more weeks. Going to lower the intensity of the lights tomorrow.
11/20/24: 1050 in, going to lower by 100 each feeding until output gets better, they are almost done so it will flow into flush week nicely. They look almost done.

11/21: Fed 950 got 1600-1700 out. Still high but still coming down so i'll gradually lower it to flush. They smell so good and have a nice frost.
11/22: 850 in, 1400 out.
11/23: 750 in, 1300-1400 out.

11/25: 650 again.

DLI: 25-35

12/3: Plants look done, given them their last meal. Tomorrow they die.

Was not expecting so much, 10oz off the big one, 8oz off both the twins and only 3oz off the runt. Seems I have most the kinks worked out of the new system, so now the real fun begins.
