My first grow, added some nutriens day1, but next time I water I won't add any, I feel like it's too much for these little girls. After some days I'll consider adding extended varieties of AN.
tried lst
15.09 update:
I've tortured my plants as hard as I could, yet, they still stand strong. I realized that if i'd have wanted to try lst, i'd done it much earlier, or, i'd just defoliate some of the bigger leaves and let my plant grow tall lst'ing just node's branches in different directions and not bending all the plant in a 90 degree angle, I realized that is not very handy and would result in a bigger defoliation, that will result in a bigger stress.
Also, my temperature was too high, like 30 degrees, and if that's somewhat okay for vegetative stage, that would be a disaster for flowering, since my setup was really bad the heat from two led lamps was just too high, so I moved my lamps up, let my led controller almost hang from outside of the tent, and bought a little stool for my plants to not waste precious ppdf and bought an additional vent to cool lamps. Now, it's around 25 degrees, and my lamps are working on ~85% of the power. Still have a little issue with humidity for this stage since it's only 55 RH last time I checked, I hope it will get higher overnight.
Overall I'm glad I did all this now and not later.
I also flushed my plants with 5L of water on 14.09.
The TDS was 1400-1500 and PH is little less than 6.
I'll add PH up more next time I water and will hope for 6.2 or higher.
watering (each plant):
11.09 - 1L (with nutriens)
14.09 - 5L (with nutriens)
17.09 - 5L (with nutriens)
18.09 update:
I don't understand why but the smell is gone. Even though 4-5 days ago the smell was all around the room but the plant was much smaller.
20.09 update:
Noticed both plants started flowering
watering (each plant):
20.09 - 5L (plain distilled water)
23.09 - 4L (with nutriens)
day31 update:
my plants were suffocating because I overwatered them and the bag itself was really not that airflowy, so I transplanted in airpot 20L.
compare two images where I used scrog, this is just ridiculous, i think I've done so much stress to plants, yet they just can't stop growing, look at two right branches on x-killer, and this is 4 hours difference! I think it's insane. Should've bought the airbag in the first place, this is just a game changer, so much oxygen and better drainage
day34 update:
added more phosphorus to water using Big Bud and my anabiosis seems much stronger now, I switched to week 2 flowering nutriens because I just feel my plants need more nutriens
watering:
day33 - distilled water (with nutriens)
They are getting almost plus 3cm tall each day
watering:
day36 - distilled water 2.5L (with nutriens)
day38 - distilled water 5L (with nutriens)
day40 - distilled water 5L (with nutriens)
day42 - distilled water 5L (with nutriens)
I bought a CO2 bottle for my plants
Also x-killer tastes very sweet, almost like an orange.
Watering:
day51 - 5L (with nutriens)
day53 - 5L only anabiosis (with nutriens)
day54 - 2L (with nutriens)
day55 - 5L (with nutriens)
Added overdrive to x-killer.
Noticed nutrient burn, started giving 2ml ph perfect and reduced amounts of nutriens overall.
Buds smell like an orange, very sweet.
Noticed bleach on top of both plants because of too much light intensity + nutrient burn. Rip my yield
I moved my lamps up, reduced wattage, ppfd hasn't changed though lol.
Also temperature is now around 24C
Humidity is around 40
I measured lux on the main cola and it was ~140k ;)
Now it's ~65k
Hoping for the best
@Hempface86, I was just worried about x-killer on the week 1, because he had those pale marks on leaves, but I realized it's just genetics. As for week 8 they both look pretty good, especially x-killer. Anabiosis needs more water though, but he will manage:)
