I started of with two strains but one of em was weak so I destroyed it :) CBD Yummy was doing good from the get-go. The seed popped open in 1 day and sprouted in 3!
This weed is growing very confident so far! Very strong strain. I repotted to a 11L pot and she didn't shock/stress at all!
I quit the root stimulator and upped .1 with grow nutes. No signs of burn. When stroking the main stem the smell on my hands is delicious. So nice I get to already enjoy her.
Grows as I'm expected. No drawbacks so far. Beautifully green and healthy. For main stems are getting shape. As this is my first scrog grow I'd appreciate any tips on how and when to start tucking. Also should I mainline? I don't want to break any of the stems. They still look too fragile to bend. I think I better wait another week.
I f'ed up, broke two main stems sadly. But I anticipated on that and had another set of nodes below the topped ones. So I wasted a bit of time but that's it.
The current 4 stems grow equal , no more supercropping for me :) LST should be sufficient and topping so now and then.
So supercropping still needs practicing. I broke 2 stems as I told before. But lst works fine for now. Healthy green plan. I did change the lighting though I bought a MarsHydro 900W 2018 model. Looks decent and bright radiation. I think Mars is a mature enough company who sells low budget units with about the right spectrum and light penetration.
So it still is on the Grow made pulling 1.19A at 240V(338W) which might be overkill in a 2x2 tent. With bloom flipped on it'll pull 385W.
I hope I dont burn my plant. Light runs cool though. Inside of tent at 24 ,outside tent 21.
Ok, it starts looking proper now. Growth is booming. I have 12 heads now that's good enough for me.
I'll let veg on for another 4 days and then flip to flowering. I love the results so far. I had difficulties with supercropping so sticking to lst the rest of this grow.
Wonderful week, the plant fully recovered from all the stress it's went through, great moment to flip the switch. Flowering time! I hope i can say she instead of it after a week or so.
Smell is still weak using Bio-Bloom .5ml every watering. Calmag every 4th watering (.4ml)
Update: trying pony taling on the two highest stems so they grow equally with the others.
Yeeey, we can call it a "she" from now on! Pistils are visible. Started stretching a bit as she started flowering now. Same amount of nutes, beautifully green only difference is frequency of watering, bigger plant more water, happy owner :)
Well girls and boys, I have not much to complain, she's growing steady and good. The new lighting is doing a great job. Not much stretching and nice compact bud sites appearing. Nice leaf color and a sweet smell starting to develop. 1 question though, whats a good distance in from the canopy in the flowering stage for the 900w (385 actual) Mars Hydro?
Go a bit away with it and move it everytime a bit closer till the plant shows negative reactions. I never used a Mars Hydro but i would suggest a distance about 30cm (+/- 5cm). I would start with 40cm and move it slowly closer👍
What can I say, another great week full of growth. I don't do air filtering so it's smelling very nice coming home from work. Fresh citrus like scents are dominant but also sweet.
Stretching stopped and watering every day now. Same amount of nutrients.

I started to worry a bit. My gorgeous plant starts to yellow from the bottom. I don't know if that's normal. I expect another 4 weeks of flowering actually. I hope it won't rot on me :(

Well its a combination of 2 things . Firstly you need to add a bit more PK 0.5 ml isnt strong enough at this age and stage of flowering . How ever over time when your plant starts to ripen and get closer to its final days the leaves will also start turning yellow . At this point I would just add a little more of your Bio-bloom I would go 1.5 ml / L this way you can ensure your plant will get what it needs in the final weeks of growth and you will see that yellowing slow down until the end of your grow when your plant is really sucking up all the nutrients it can and your flushing the medium to get rid of the chemical based nutrients you been giving your plant . I hope this information helps shed light into your situation and explains the very easy way to fix this slight problem your having by adjusting your nutrient solution . -Happy Growing!
Hi all, she is fattening up but the yellowing of the leaves continue. I just hope she will flower for at least 2 more weeks. Also I notice light burn on too of the buds. Not much but a little. Maybe the 900 watt is overkill
Nice fat nugs, only top of cola's little light burn. When i stroke bud leaves and smell it smells very sweet. CBD Yummy is a fitting name for this strain.
I am giving only water , no more nutes since a week. I was using organic nutes but still.
Somewhat unsatisfied as the yield was small. But quality great. I blame that on me as I didn't give sufficient nutrients and she ended her life cycle quicker. Better luck next time.
