I decided to count day 4 after planting the seed as day 1 of my grow. I am still not sure what the official time is, it seems like everyone does it different.
Day 2:
- Light still running at 40% with 23cm distance to the plant. that should roughly be around 200ppfd
- Today I was adding the nematodes with normal tab water. About 200ml, of 350ml, that I should have used as the product tells, but I am a bit to scared to overwater the pot, as 200ml is definitely to much for the small plant and I don't know how much the fabric bucket can take, as it ist my first time using one of those instead of plastic. I spread the product on the whole pod evenly as I hope that this way no more fungus gnats will reproduce after the effect kicks in in 1-2 weeks.
-Also I builded a light protection for my air intake to reduce light stress and repositioned my fan to be more modular as the plant grows.
Day 4 :
- I added some Soil to the Pot to cope with the high stemp and moved the light a bit closer
-light got moved to 20cm distance
Day 5:
- I watert with ph corrected water and added a very small amount of bio heaven and fish mix.
Leranings:
At the moment I am pretty happy how well it all went. For the future I take the learning that maybe I can move the light on 20cm distant already at the beginning.
Also I realized that turning off my Ventilation and only letting the small fan active I archive a pretty good VDP for the early stages of the plant from ca. 26 C and 65% (a bit high temperature but according to the charts that's taken care of with the high humidity)
I also learned that it might be better to start a week on here after the week is finished and not constantly editing my posts every day, so I will do that better in the future.
Besides that I am very happy to share the experience on here and the warm greetings I got, this community feels very familiar and friendly!
I am a bit unsure if my plant if doing fine. The leaves have a very healthy looking dark green color, and grow fast, but the newer ones are still curled after a few days and the sides feel a bit dry, without showing any signs of beeing dry like lighter color or breaking.
@Fast_Buds, thank you guys very much! at this point your seed is already looking way stronger and faster as the last ones I grew. I´m pretty impressed and strongly motivated for what will come 😊
