The plants are doing better after controlling the temperature a little. Cal-Mag has been added to the coco plants they are doing better. I also switched Urtica with Armor Si.

What is the best concentration to use General Hydroponic Defguard foliar on cannabis to PREVENT mold in flowering and when? I don't have mold but normally I do foliar of EM-1 the last 2 weeks in veg and the first 2 weeks in flowering, planing to switch to Defguard.

Hey there, so i don't know much about the defguard but its label looks slightly intense. I know I've heard of many people (industry and homegrowers) that use hydroguard as the sort of "standard" product..but it essentially does the same thing. Have you ever used any silica products alongside the spray applications? Because it's a great way of strengthening the plant and helping it fight off PM as well as other diseases...especially if you use it in your regular watering schedule, not just once(potassium silicate is most known). Just a thought as something to help the plants. ✌️ Happy growing

I think it's great being proactive about the mold and various awful things...if you did happen to get some pm or early molds there's some extremely effective products that also tackle like broad mites at the same time... jms stylet oil and suffoil-x, i wanna say they're both omri listed too in case thats a concern for you. ✌️

@Experimentgreen, It smells like old sweet wine. It's a good bacteria that kills the bad ones :)

@Ace420, does it have any odor or taste? If you use it into flowering... i listened to a podcast with a lady who had designed her own plant probiotics and it sounded like a very smart thing to be using. Regardless of brand. But makes sense...probiotics are good for the body, must be good for the soil and plants as well.

@Experimentgreen, EM-1 (Effective microorganisms) is a very famous product it's based on lactobacillus serum, it's like a probiotic for soil and if done as foliar it can kill mold spores at the beginning of flowering, that's what later will transform into bod rot. It's amazing bro and I heard it's safe even if drink it from the bottle, those kind of product I love to spray my plants with.
