Hello and welcome. I apologize for the late update. Today is 1/30 and it has been 10 days since the last update. Lot have changed. I had to supplement the solution with some cal mag because it was demanding it. But it was easy to fix and shortly after it started to vegetate better. I may add some B52 in the future. I will have to balance the nutrients. They also love the 400W truewatt CREE/COB lights that I bought recently. I am no longer using Viparspectra at this time. I have topped these girls once so far, slight defoliation, and are getting LST'd. They're very bushy. I will also change the resolution today and give them fresh nutrients.
N ,P, and K are absorbed at slightly different pH. Toward the end, I read that people raise pH a bit. Guess so it can absorb more of the right nute.
I want to grow Dinafem Mobydick next. And on one article, Dinafem said about not to raise pH like some other strains. So, I follow the topic and learned a little. I am growing in soil and it would be difficult for me to adjust up so I start a little high.
Pad Thai - so simple yet takes so long to cook. So many ingredients and steps. Best left it to street food vendor.
@MaryJaneUSA, one time I was out with my work mates. And I had my Korean friend tried Thai Kimchi.
Of course it was not kimchi. Somtam is a Thai salad made mainly from papaya and fermented fish. Very hot. My friend told me it was close enough to home.
@BigDaddyK, yeah I have two, they’re under the trees so you can’t see them but one is a circulating fan and another one is just a stationery fan, I have a duct fan pulling the hot air away from the tent too.. RH is 52% and indoor temp at the highest point of the bud is about 82F but lower part is about 73F
Growing this seed pack as well, about to harvest in two days (girls getting an extended dark period right now). Would love to see updates on how it stretched for you, I had two very distinct phenos
Congratulations on the haul. Enjoy!
Can you please elaborate on nutrient sensitive? You didn’t go much above 500 ppm. And you added cal mag to balance out potassium. What do you think is the nutrients issue? My problem is overdosing and I thought your ppm is good. However, if you still think there is room to fine tune, I want to learn from you. Kamsahamnita
I also grow this specimen but outdoor I'm happy with it since not many pests bother me even I grew it in durian plantation (Fruits like to attract an insect and bug). I can say this one got a strong resistance genetic.
@THCaddict, hello man, i was looking at your diary because of the other fellow thai grower.. I am about to flush one of my babies tomorrow and will harvest a few days after. They are massive.. Speaking of Thai, my wife and I actually had some pad thai last night. lol
You mentioned flushing only two days prior before harvest? I believe you are suppose to flush for two weeks before harvest correct me if I am wrong,These beauties don't need nutes for the last two weeks. They came out real nice though. i'm running the same medium and Nutrient system. Looking to start my first Diary on some wedding cake crossed with XXX OG. Also some bubbas Gift.
