I suppose (or I hope) it's not against any rules to mention that Seedsman has another interesting contest being sponsored at their own site that doesn't actually require a harvested Seedsman diary - just pictures of your grow. See https://www.seedsman.com/en/seedsman-photo-cup
They're giving away lots of cool stuff and have public and private categories. So while it will be a few months before I can participate in this particular contest because my seeds are in transit... we can still show Seedsman some love... they have some nice promos going on now. Because 4/20... duh ๐

Ok. I'll say it. I feel that the results selected in SOME instances of this Seedsman Cup is a slap in the face of the growers who actually put forth effort to TRULY journal their grow, log as much data as possible, interact with the community, etc.. I was #8 when it ended the 1st time. But ,it's not even about prizes. Some of the diaries here shouldn't even qualify for a participation badge. Take a no B.S. look at the all the diaries involved in this Cup. It wont take long, there's only 23. To the folks who busted their hump, and loved and logged their ladies life, my hats off to you. I know you feel a little sting here, but hold your heads high. It was my intent to respectfully state my feelings here, and nothing more. I've won and I've lost, but never actually looked through an entire list of entries for a Cup. Now I see why so many have complained in the past.

@@Fingers,i think your out of order to put other peoples diaries down is low why would you say that. I think every diary did well including your own. But like everything else its 23 diaries and it hard to pick out of them all. You complained about growdiaries comps but they did not pick the winners seedsmans them selves did. And if you complained like that you obviously thought you was goner place wrong attitude and very disrespectful to every one that entered. Its like your saying yours is better then every one elses diary. If it was down to me every one would of won every diaries amazing.

Wouldn't get involved in anything Seedsmen is doing. There customer service is terrible. I used a Bitcoin address they gave me to make an order. Copy and pasted it, triple checked the address was a match. My payment was lost and they refuse to do anything. They responded to my first couple emails until I requested anything be done. Even just send me half my order minus freebies. Or just the ones I wanted minus freebies. That's when all emails from them stopped.
