So happy to begin this new session with one Tropicana Cookies FF from FastBuds !! I use the same substrat than last grow (2nd time), fully organic, fed with organic stuff, compost, and microorganisms for 2 months. I added some clover seeds to fix nitrogen and keep life in my soil. Germination was all right, at 22°C and 85% RH on average. 5 days from seed to cotyledons. The project is to train it a lot (LST, topping and SCROG), and keep it small. I'm eager to see what's next ! Hello, I'm so happy this first week went all right, this Tropicana Cookies FF adapted well to her environment. 65% RH and 25°C in average, with 20h light per day. Lightening at 200-300 µmol/s/m² estimated, with a slow increase all along the week. I fed my substrat with a lentil seeds juice, to promote growing by adding enzymes, nutrients and phytohormones. Clovers are going well too, i'll have to partially cut them soon to get some mulch. U.G.

Hi, I'm glad to see she's going very well : beautiful leaves, no burn or lack of nutrients/light, no disease and no annoying insect. She's growing quite compact for the moment, 4cm taller than last week. I reduced the photoperiod to 18/6 all along the week, whereas I slowly increased light power from 50% to 70% (300-400 µmol/s/m² estimated). The climat was pretty stable, with 55% RH and 25°C in average, for a VPD of 1,0 kPa. I cut some clovers to give more air and mulch some organic material. I finally topped her on J+13, which is quite early, but seems ok comparing to her fast development. I kept 2nd and 3rd floor (nodes), and i will bend her all along next week. I'll begin to give her some Epsom salt for Cal & Mg next week, to avoid any lack. U.G.

Hi everyone, One more beautiful week for my Tropicana Cookies FF from FastBuds, with beggining of LST after Topping. She recovered well and reinforced her axillary branches. She didn't grow very long as i hoped, with short internodes. I tried to band her strongly to open the canopy. I dumbly used wire without plastic sheath, which damaged the skin... A Calcium lack appeared so i added some Epsom Salt. I also observed some small (-1mm) white insects, with white spots on clovers leaves. I suppose it is thrips. So i pulverised Neem oil at 2mL/L twice. Will see I kept climat pretty stable, on average 25°C and 55% RH. Still with my SF1000D from SpiderFarmer, from 60 to 80% all along the week, equivalent to ~500 µmol/m²/s Thanks and see you next week. U.G.

Hi there, That's such a pleasure see her growing ! despite some problems she presents... First, all the week did well, she grows beautiful, i gave to my soil molasses to feed microoragnisms and some Humic Fulvic acids for roots development and health. She showes some Cal lack i think ? so i give Cal and Mag, but it might be because of my ph... My water ph is around 7.8 and may decrease phosphate absorption. Or phosphate directly influence Cal interaction. Anyway, it should goes better, i sprayed twice with CalMalg+HF. Climat is pretty stable, around 26°C and 55%RH, for VPD of 1,05kPa in average. I decreased light to 60% to make her stretch a bit, by reducing to 400µmol/m²/s. Can't wait to see what's next ! U.G.

HEY ! This week went so fast, everything was perfect. Calcium lack almost disappeared thanks to Cal&Mag and Epsom Salt application by spraying and watering. After spraying her, i decrease light to 30% for 2 hours to avoid burning. I used some 48h Oxygenated Compost Tea to spray her and water my soil to give a huge and natural punch of nutrients and benefic µorganisms. She doesn't show anymore Calcium lack, but a subtle Magnesium miss appeared on some leaves. Pretty strange knowing i usually use Epsom Salt. Will see how it goes.😎 I washed all my room with alcohol to keep a well sanitize environment. Also used some vinegar to take limestone off from my humidifier. I noticed a small temperature increase (26°C to 27,5°C) due to light power intensification (80% for ~500 µmol/m²/s). Humidity is around 55%, for a VPD of 1,1kPa on average. I topped her on one side (front side), bc i'm curious about how it will develop, but mainly because i don't want her to be too close from the oppening.😅 I continue to bend her hardly to get my Screen of Green as soon as possible ! Thanks for your curiosity ! 😘 U.G.

Hello, One more beautiful week, not a lot to say except she grows very well. My SCROG permits me to keep her small, and short internodes genes make her easy for the task. I sprayed her with a solution compose of lemon essential oils and Epsom Salt (2g/L). I decreased light power to 40% for 2 hours to avoid burnings. I also defoliated some leaves all along the week for more light penetration. I gave her 2L of solution this week, containing Bokashi juice to boost microorganism life, and giving a punch of nutrients. Climat conditions were good, with 55% RH and 25-27°C on average. PPFD is now of 550-600 µmol/m²/s for 90% of light power at 40cm. Well that's all, i supose she will still need 3-4 more weeks to complet the screen. U.G.

Hi all, Everything perfect, not a lot to say about this week. My SCROG continues, this Tropicana Cookies FF from FastBuds is not the best variety for this technique (due do short internodes), but it goes well. Mag lack is still there, i don't really understand why, knowing that i give Mag at each watering. I increased watering volumes because her leaves were often pointing to the bottom. Light is now at 100% power, for an estimation of 600 µmol/m²/s. It seems that she slow down her growing, so i'll let her some more time. Thanks for following. U.G.

Hi there, everything fine this week, my Tropicana Cookies FF @Fastbuds grows well and strongly all along this Screen of Green! I defoliated the bottom to remove some leaves and axillaries branches. I sprayed her with Epsom Salt and acids H&F while decreasing light power to 40% for 2hours. Now the light is turning 100% power capacity and i didn't notice any increase of temperature. Bokashi juice is full of nutrients in all kinds, but i can't really know how strong is it. See you next weekkk! U.G.

Hi everyone, That's another wonderful week of vegetation for this Tropicana Cookies FF from @FastBuds. Probably one more week before turning to flowering, because she's know pretty big and i have a limited space to contain the stretching. I reduced the photoperiod from 18/6 to 16/8 to progressively decrease to 12/12. I fed my soil with Bokashi Juice and potatoes cooking water for nutrients, while adding CalMag and Epsom Salt for Cal and Mag by watering and spraying. I began the fruit fermentation process with banana to make a K and P natural organic fertilizer. It should take around 10 days to be ready, and will permit me to avoid deficiencies during flowering. Climat was pretty stable this week, with a slight decrease of temperature (24°C) and increase of humidity (55%). I had two powercut of several hours this week, which probably stressed a lot my plant. But i cannot do anything against this except waiting for electricity comes back. Always a pleasure ! U.G.

Hi there, that was my last vegetative week so i slowly deacrease light photoperiod until 12/12 on the last day. That was a beautiful week, my Tropicana Cookies begins to get pretty strong. I hope she will cover the whole surface with the stretching. I sprayed her twice with an Epsom Salt solution at 2g/L. I reduced light power to 40% for 2 hours after rain to avoid any burns. I hope she will have enought nutrients in the soil for all flowering, but i'm affraid about it because this lack doesn't go better. See you next week ! U.G.

Hi all, Here we go for flowering stage! Less than 8 weeks are announced by FastBuds to harvert her, but as i'm not in the rush, i'll wait flowers to be perfect before harvest. This week went nicely, first pisils appeared after 3 days at 12/12. I added some Fish Amino Acids to add microorganisms and nitrogen to my soil for the stretch, and some Fermented Fruit Juice made of banana to give an extra of Potassium. It should improve my Tropicana Cookies health because she probably lacks Potassium as well as Magnesium. I removed all the ugly and yellowish leaves. The environment was pretty stable, with an average of 55% RH and 24°C. She is around 30cm tall and i hope she won't go more than 50cm. I'll change my light next week to give a higher PPFD, by switching from a SP1000D to a TSW2000 from MarsHydro. Thanks for reading, see ya next week! U.G.

Hello everyone, this week was nice for my Tropicana Cookies, but not the best ever. Inflorescences are shaping with beautiful pistils, her potassium deficiency reduce, probably thanks to my banana Fermented Fruit Juice which provide vitality and macro/micronutrients. Unfortunately, I noticed the presence of thrips, which develop very fast. I used soft soap at 1.5ml/L and Neem Oil at 2ml/L by spraying on leaves. I tried to avoid any bad taste to the harverst by dodging buds with my sprayer. I also add a few drops of PeperMinth essential oil to disturb these damn thrips. I removed all atacked leaves and I tried to kill some of them (not an easy task). It going better as i already note a decrease. I finally change my lamp from a SP1000 to a TSW2000 made by MarsHydro. I set it on 50% power at 35cm to provide a ppfd around 800µmol.m²/s. Climat was at 24°C and 50%RH on average. I can't wait to see how she could be in a few weeks. U.G.

Hello everyone, One more beautiful flowering week. My Tropicana Cookies is going well and start to produce huge trichomes on early flowers. She has an impresive structure and almost complete the 60x60cm surface. Potassium defiency became harder so i added 20g of mealworms guano on the soil surface and mixed it a bit. It is compose at 70% of organic matter and 22/35/24 NPK and start to be available 24h after application. I gave some FAA and FFJ for NPK, vitamins and microorganisms. I hope it will reduce Potassium deficiency without any excess. Bokashi Juice gives many microorganisms and fast assimilated nutrients to my soil. It seems that thrips decreased but i applied one more Neem oil and soft soap spraying. Many of them still survive so i bought blue sticker to catch some of them. Buds are showing dark/black/purple colors, maybe i'll have a purple phenotype ? Can't wait to see what's next... U.G.

Hi everybody, all nice for my Tropicana Cookies, flowering is going quite well. I used some blue sticky traps to capture these damn thrips. I also used some essential to repulse them. I gave Activated Aerated Compost Tea (AATC) to my soil composed of lombricompost, molasses, Bokashi Juice and Epsom salt. I hope it will reduce potassium deficiency by degrading the mealworms guano i added last week. The AATC should be compose of equilibrium nutrients fastly available. I expect she will be better next week. Otherwise, climate is pretty stable, around 24°C and 40%. Ligtening is program at 60% witn the TSW2000 MarsHydro and should send 800/900 µmol/m²/s-1. Always nice to share! U.G.
