Metamorph Hello everyone! ๐Ÿ˜Ž We're back in the game, this time with two big hitters: Gorilla Cookies Auto ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿช and Forbidden Runtz Auto ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿฌ! Preparation of Coco Coir โ€“ Itโ€™s a Process, But Worth It! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ช Prepping coco coir is always a bit of a labor of love ๐Ÿ’–, but it's all part of the game. I started by soaking the coco cubes in water ๐Ÿ’ง, adding a bit of Cal-Mag Xtra to give it that early boost ๐Ÿ’ช.After a good soak, I drained the coco, threw it in the pots and flushed it thoroughly ๐Ÿšฟ. The next day, I gave it a final flush and let it rest for 12 hours (hey, that's part of my feng shui ๐Ÿ˜‚). After the 12-hour "zen time" ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ, I prepped my nutrient solution with pH Perfect Sensi Coco Grow A & B, Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra, and my root boosters โ€“ King Crab ๐Ÿฆ€, Great White ๐Ÿฆˆ, Myco Chum and Orca ๐Ÿ‹ Once I poured the nutrient-rich solution into the coco, I adjusted the pH to 5.8 ๐Ÿ“‰ and let it sit for a solid 3 days. Time to get those seeds ready! ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒŸ Seed Germination โ€“ Let's Get This Show Started ๐ŸŽ‰ The seeds went into 6.2 pH water ๐Ÿ’ง, where they had their little soak overnight. By morning, the seeds sank, which is always a good sign ๐Ÿ™Œ. I then transferred them to a small container where I placed them between two damp sponges . I made sure the container was humid ๐Ÿ’ฆ and sealed it up, keeping it in a spot with a steady 23-25ยฐC temperature ๐ŸŒก๏ธ. The next morning, both seeds showed me a tiny 1-2 mm taproot ๐ŸŒฑ. No time to waste โ€“ they were telling me theyโ€™re ready! ๐Ÿ˜Ž Final Coco Prep & Planting ๐ŸŒฑ I drained the coco once again and mixed it with 20% perlite to give those roots some room to breathe. Filled up the pots and made a 1 cm deep hole for each seed, placing them root down into the coco. After planting, I gave them a light mist with a spray bottle and covered each with a cut-off plastic bottle cap for humidity ๐ŸŒซ๏ธ, making sure to poke holes for air circulation ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ. Tent Environment ๐ŸŒก๏ธ The current tent temperature is sitting at 24ยฐC during the day ๐ŸŒž, and I havenโ€™t hit the night cycle yet ๐ŸŒœ, but weโ€™re set for smooth sailing ๐Ÿš€. The Quantum Board 240W is doing its job perfectly ๐ŸŒŸ, and the coco is holding steady. Letโ€™s see what magic these two strains have in store! Stay tuned for more updates as we head into the next stage of this grow journey ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ.

Metamorph Day 1. ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฟ After moving the seeds to coco, it took about 48 hours for both to pop their heads out! Runtz made it look easy ๐Ÿ˜Ž, but Gorilla struggled a bit with shedding its seed shell. I kept misting the top to help soften the dried membrane, but in the end, I had to step in with a little help from two needle tips. Now theyโ€™re both standing strong and happy ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒฑ. The tent is sitting at 20-24ยฐC with 60% humidity. Iโ€™m keeping things moist by misting the area around the roots. Exciting times ahead! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’š Day 2. Gorilla had a bit of stress from the seed shell, but in my experience, a little stress at this stage often leads to a stronger plant ๐Ÿ’ช. Letโ€™s see how it goes, but so far everything seems alright! Iโ€™ve been lightly misting around to keep the coco moist and give it about 50ml of clean water at the base to maintain hydration. ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฟ Day 3.

Metamorph ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ง The first week went really well! I gave them a few light waterings with a mix of Grow A 1ml/L + Grow B 1ml/L, Cal-Mag 1ml/L, and some root boosters according to the dosagesโ€”about 0.5-1 liter each time. Afterward, I topped off the coco since it settled a bit after watering. Gorilla is finally bouncing back, and looks pretty good considering all the birth stress it went through! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜… Meanwhile, Runtz is growing like CRAZYโ€”seriously, itโ€™s unstoppable! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒฟ โœ… By the way, hereโ€™s a little tip! When youโ€™re buying seeds, always go for the bigger ones! After tons of testing, Iโ€™ve noticed the bigger the seed, the bigger and healthier the plant grows! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿ˜Ž I know not many people might be following this journal right now, but hey, letโ€™s keep pushing and see where this goes! ๐Ÿ’ฅโœจ ๐ŸŒฑ Week 2 is almost done, and the girls are looking great! ๐ŸŒฟ Runtz is the bigger one so far, while Gorilla is still catching up. Iโ€™ve been careful not to overwaterโ€”just keeping it light with 1ml/L of A and B, Micro Chum 1ml/L, and water at 140 PPM, which brings the total to 300-350 PPM. The max water given has been around 1 liter per plant. Temperature during the day is sitting comfortably at 25ยฐC, dropping to 19-20ยฐC at night, with humidity between 55-80%. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ๐Ÿ’ง Everything interesting is still ahead! ๐Ÿš€

Metamorph ๐ŸŒฑ Week 3 has started strong! Iโ€™ve slightly increased the nutrients and gave each plant 1.5 liters of water with: โ€ข A: 2ml/L โ€ข B: 2ml/L โ€ข Micro Chum: 0.8ml/L โ€ข CalMag: 0.5ml/L โ€ข Orca: 0.5ml/3L โ€ข King Crab: 0.5ml/3L โ€ข Great white: ~ 1g/3L PPM is sitting at 500 and pH at 6.2. Both plants are looking healthy and strong ๐Ÿ’ช. Iโ€™m planning to start LST (low-stress training) around day 21, so by the end of the week. Daytime temperatures fluctuate between 22-25ยฐC, and at night, they drop to around 18-22ยฐC. Metamorph ๐ŸŒฑ Week 4 has kicked off, and the plants are stretching out nicely! Iโ€™ve started using LST (low-stress training) to spread them out as much as possible. ๐ŸŒฟ So far, everything looks good, but I noticed that the runoff pH is at 6.5, which seems a bit high for a coco substrate. To adjust, Iโ€™ve been watering with a pH of 5.5 to bring it down. Letโ€™s see how things develop over the week. ๐Ÿคž Looking forward to seeing how they react! ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒฑ ๐ŸŒฑ Week 4 Update! Yesterday, I did some defoliation, removing extra leavesโ€”mostly from Runtz, but only three from Gorilla. For watering, I gave Runtz a tea mix with A+B 3ml/L, PPM 600 at pH 5.5. The runoff came out at PPM 300 and pH 6.7. Gorillaโ€™s tea mix had A+B 2ml/L, PPM 400, and pH 5.5, and the runoff showed PPM 300 and pH 6.5. Iโ€™m stretching them daily with LSTโ€”Runtz is looking great and responding well to the training. Gorilla, on the other hand, has had issues from the start and seems like itโ€™s growing with some mutant traits this cycle. But hey, letโ€™s see how it goes! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ช

Metamorph ๐ŸŒฑ Hey friends! Continuing the grow report, and weโ€™re now in Week 5! Runtz has revealed her true colorsโ€”sheโ€™s a girl! ๐Ÿ˜„ Gorilla is still focusing on growth, but both plants have had LST training and defoliation. Iโ€™ve been watering with a tea mix at PPM 600 and pH 5.8. The runoff shows: โ€ข Runtz: PPM 350, pH 6.4 โ€ข Gorilla: PPM 200, pH 6.3 Right now, Iโ€™m watering every other day but expect to switch to daily soon. Both plants are growing strong, and Iโ€™m hoping theyโ€™ll start flowering this week. ๐ŸŒธ The real beauty is about to begin as they enter the bloom phase! Letโ€™s keep an eye on these girls and see what they bring! ๐ŸŒฟโœจ ๐ŸŒฑ Defoliation Day! Up until now, Iโ€™ve only been removing a leaf or two here and there, but today I went in for a full defoliation session. ๐ŸŒฟ It was a bit intense, but Iโ€™m hoping the girls handle the stress and bounce back stronger! ๐Ÿ’ช Keeping a close eye on them over the next few daysโ€”letโ€™s see how they respond! ๐Ÿ‘€ Fingers crossed for a good recovery and growth boost. ๐Ÿ˜Š Week 6 Update Week 6 is complete! I did another round of defoliation at the end of the week and stretched the plants nicely. Iโ€™ve started feeding bloom nutrients to the Runtz, hoping the Gorilla will begin flowering soon as well. Fingers crossed for a December harvest! On to Week 7!

Metamorph ๐ŸŒฟHello friends, weโ€™re in week 6. ๐ŸšซRuntz has started flowering, but I canโ€™t say the same for ๐ŸฆGorilla; itโ€™s still in the vegetative stage. Hopefully, it will start flowering this week as well. ๐Ÿ’ฆFor Runtz, Iโ€™m using Bloom A 4ml/L + Bloom B 4ml/L + CalMag 0.5ml/L + MicoChum 0.8ml/L, with a PPM of 800 and pH of 5.5. The runoff water is coming out at PPM 500 and pH 6.7. ๐Ÿ’ฆFor Gorilla, Iโ€™m continuing with A+B Grow 4ml/L + MicoChum 0.8ml/L + CalMag 0.5ml/L, PPM 800 and pH 5.5 The runoff water is coming out at PPM 580 and pH 6.8 ๐Ÿ™Œ I flushed my Runtz plant because itโ€™s already in the flowering stage, and the pH level was too high for proper phosphorus absorption. I used 12 liters of water with a pH of 5.5, but the runoff pH stayed min 6.5. After that, I gave it a mix of Bloom A+B 4ml/l + CalMag 0.4ml/l + Myco Chum 0.8ml/l, with a PPM of 800 and pH of 5.5. For the Gorilla plant, Iโ€™m still using nutrients intended for the grow stage since it hasnโ€™t started flowering yet A+B Grow 4ml/L + MicoChum 0.8ml/L + CalMag 0.5ml/L, PPM 800 and pH 5.5 The runoff water is coming out at PPM 460 and pH 6.8

Metamorph Hey friends! ๐ŸŒฑ Weโ€™re in week seven, and earlier this week, I flushed the Runtz because I noticed a nutrient deficiency on a few leaves. Did a big flush with 15 liters of water at pH 5.5, which brought the pH down from 6.8 to 6.3 โ€” and it should keep dropping gradually. Now itโ€™s feeding happily with A+B 4ml/l, Myco Chum 0.8 ml/l, and CalMag 0.4 ml/l, with a PPM of 800 and pH 5.5. The runoff is at PPM 450 and pH 6.3. ๐ŸŒŠ As for the Gorilla ๐Ÿฆ, its pH also spiked up to 6.9, which caused a bit of burn on 2-3 leaves. So, today, I decided to give it a flush too and switch it over to flowering nutrients. Finally looks like itโ€™s starting to bloom! ๐ŸŒธ On top of that, humidityโ€™s been pretty high ๐ŸŒง๏ธ. Itโ€™s cold and damp outside, so tent humidity hits around 60% during the day and can go up to 90% at night! I know thatโ€™s way up there, but I havenโ€™t had a chance to defoliate yet. Most of the moistureโ€™s coming from the leaves, especially the ones overlapping at the bottom โ€” theyโ€™re constantly wet. Might do one final defoliation in 1-2 weeks. The uneven flowering also means the Runtz will finish up about two weeks before the Gorilla, which is a bit tricky since Iโ€™ll need to dry in the same tent and donโ€™t have another space. ๐Ÿ˜… I thought the Gorilla would stay small because it was stressed early on, but itโ€™s really living up to its name โ€” growing like a true beast! ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ˜‚ This week, Gorilla had a flush ๐Ÿ’ฆ due to visible nutrient deficiencies on the leaves ๐Ÿƒ. Hereโ€™s the breakdown of the last watering: Gorilla: โ€ข Bloom A: 4ml/l โ€ข Bloom B: 4ml/l โ€ข CalMag: 0.4ml/l โ€ข Myco Chum: 0.8ml/l โ€ข PPM: 800 โ€ข pH: 5.5 Runoff: โ€ข PPM: 400 โ€ข pH: 6.5 Runtz: โ€ข Bloom A: 4ml/l โ€ข Bloom B: 4ml/l โ€ข Big Bud: 1ml/l โ€ข Myco Chum: 0.8ml/l โ€ข PPM: 900 โ€ข pH: 5.5 Runoff: โ€ข PPM: 500 โ€ข pH: 6.5 Runtz is about 11 days ahead of Gorilla in flowering ๐ŸŒธ. This week, Iโ€™m not planning any major changes. I really wanted to defoliate because humidity levels are reaching 80-90% ๐Ÿ’ง, but Iโ€™ll hold off for now. Iโ€™d rather let the plants focus all their energy on developing flowers ๐ŸŒบ instead of growing new leaves. Wishing everyone a peaceful and successful grow! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š

Metamorph Hello, friends! ๐ŸŒŸ Weโ€™ve entered the 8th week of our journey, and Gorilla is finally showing its true potential, stretching up and growing taller! ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ’ช Runtz, on the other hand, is now fully focused on powering up those flowers. ๐ŸŒธโœจ Despite the challenging conditions, everything is going well so far! Unfortunately, humidity levels are sky-high โ€“ around 70% during the day and up to 90% at night. ๐ŸŒซ๏ธ Nighttime temperatures fluctuate between 16-18ยฐC for about 4 hours, which isnโ€™t ideal. ๐Ÿ˜… The pH level stubbornly remains at 6.7, so I might flush again todayโ€ฆ if I donโ€™t get too lazy! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ง Iโ€™m sticking to the nutrient doses as per the schedule, and Iโ€™ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking! ๐Ÿ“ธ Sending you all peace and good vibes! โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Š Hey friends! ๐ŸŒฑโœจ This week has been quite an adventure! I flushed โ€œGorillaโ€ with 25 liters of water (pH 5.5) and finally managed to bring the runoff pH down to 6.5. Hopefully, itโ€™ll start dropping further from here. ๐Ÿ’ง Since โ€œGorillaโ€ stretched a lot, I had to raise โ€œRuntzโ€ by 20 cm to even them out under the light. Now theyโ€™re both basking happily in that sweet glow! ๐ŸŒž Water consumption update: โ€ข Runtz only needs about 1-1.5 liters per day now, which has reduced noticeably. โ€ข Gorilla, on the other hand, drinks 2.3-2.5 liters daily to produce proper drainage. A thirsty beast! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Theyโ€™re both eating well and thriving, so no complaints there! ๐Ÿƒ Flowering phase: โ€œRuntzโ€ looks like it will finish right on time, but โ€œGorillaโ€ seems to need a little extra. This might get tricky since I plan to dry both plants together. ๐Ÿค” Iโ€™m also slowly defoliating the lower leaves โ€“ humidity is high, so by next week, Iโ€™ll probably strip most of the lower and mid-level leaves to improve airflow. ๐Ÿ’จ Now, about the aromaโ€ฆ WOW. Itโ€™s absolutely out of this world! Every time Iโ€™m home, I canโ€™t resist opening the tent, sticking my nose in, and taking a deep breath. Iโ€™m literally doing this all day! ๐Ÿ˜‚ The smell is so incredible, even a ladybug came to visit! Seeing that little red-and-black beauty on my green canopy was such a magical moment. ๐Ÿž๐Ÿ’š Another week down, and weโ€™re riding this flowering wave with so much joy! ๐ŸŒŠ See you all next time for Week 9 updates โ€“ canโ€™t wait to share whatโ€™s next! ๐Ÿคฉ Happy growing! ๐ŸŒฟ

Metamorph Hello, friends! ๐ŸŒฑ Weโ€™re now in week 9! ๐ŸŽ‰ At the end of week 8, I trimmed the leaves on both plants that were blocking airflow. โœ‚๏ธ I removed about 30-40% of the leaves. Today, the plants show no signs of stress, and I think they handled it well. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ช Iโ€™ll do another round of defoliation at the end of this week, but itโ€™s still a bit early to disturb them further. โณ Gorilla is eating well ๐Ÿฆ, but Runtz has stopped feeding. Runtz only needs about 1 liter of water in a 13-liter pot, while Gorilla is taking 2.5 liters. ๐Ÿ’ง Nothing much new to share for now, but Iโ€™ll update you with any news during the week. ๐Ÿ˜Š Wishing everyone a successful and productive week! ๐Ÿ’šโœจ

Metamorph Hello again, dear growers! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ‘‹ Weโ€™ve officially stepped into Week 10 of this wild and fragrant journey! Last week ended with a little makeover for the girlsโ€”I defoliated about 30-40% of the leaves again. โœ‚๏ธ The Gorilla decided to keep me on my toes by showing some nutrient deficiencies on her leavesโ€”guess she didnโ€™t get enough food after the flush. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒฟ (Lesson learned: donโ€™t keep a Gorilla hungry!) Now, letโ€™s talk about Runtz! ๐Ÿ˜ Sheโ€™s an absolute queenโ€”so photogenic that even my struggling phone canโ€™t capture her real beauty. ๐Ÿ“ธโœจ Sheโ€™s forming into one giant, luscious bud, and her fragrance is something else entirely! ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ The carbon filter is fighting the good fight, but if the room isnโ€™t aired out every 8-9 hours, a little aroma starts sneaking through. But opening the tentโ€ฆ oh, my friends, thatโ€™s where the magic happens! ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ซ The aroma is intoxicatingโ€”imagine diving headfirst into a field of flowers while bees whisper secrets in your ears. ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿ I just sit there, enchanted, savoring the smell, and staring at these beauties like a hypnotized gardener. Honestly, itโ€™s hard to walk away. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Hereโ€™s their menu for the week: ๐Ÿต Feed: A+B 4ml/L, Micro Chum 1ml/L, Big Bud 2ml/L ๐Ÿ“Š PPM: 1050 | pH: 5.8 ๐Ÿ’ง Runoff: PPM 1000 | pH 6.0-6.3 Now, for the not-so-great newsโ€ฆ Iโ€™m struggling with humidity levelsโ€”daytime sits around 65-77%, and at night, it can climb to a stubborn 80%. ๐ŸŒซ๏ธ Temperature-wise, itโ€™s 23-25ยฐC during the day and drops to a cool 16-18ยฐC at night. โ„๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ Despite the challenges, the endgame is near, and Iโ€™m savoring every moment of this grow! ๐ŸŒŸ ๐Ÿ™Œ Happy growing, everyone! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Metamorph Hello, friends! ๐ŸŒฑโœจ Another week has passed, and here we are at the end of week 11! Not much has happened โ€“ Iโ€™ve kept things simple, just watering with minimal interference. Runtz is almost at the finish line ๐ŸŽฏ โ€“ most of the trichomes are beautifully white, with a touch of amber shining through here and there. Gorilla, on the other hand, is taking its sweet time ๐Ÿข, but Iโ€™m hopeful itโ€™ll catch up in the next two weeks. Why two weeks, you ask? Because Iโ€™m heading to the mountains ๐Ÿ”๏ธ for a New Yearโ€™s vacation ๐ŸŽ‰ and need to wrap up the cycle before then. By the time I leave, theyโ€™ll be wrapping up their 13th week โ€“ perfect timing, I hope! For now, itโ€™s all about the wait โ€“ the finish line is so close I can almost see it! ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒฟ

Metamorph Hello Growers! ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒŸ Weโ€™ve officially stepped into the 12th month, and hereโ€™s a little story for you! Yesterday, I accidentally damaged one of the very bottom branches of my Runtz โ€“ the one that barely got any light. Out of curiosity, I decided to dry it quickly in the oven and give it a try. Let me tell youโ€ฆ the name โ€œForbidden Runtzโ€ isnโ€™t just for show! ๐Ÿ”ฅ Despite my high tolerance, it hit hard, and I can honestly say this strain is not for beginners. Iโ€™m super satisfied! ๐Ÿ˜Œ Now itโ€™s Gorillaโ€™s turn to get a taste test โ€“ canโ€™t wait for that moment. ๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŒฟ Other than that, no big news. Iโ€™m patiently waiting for the end of the month, as I plan to wrap up the cycle around the 13th week. This week, Iโ€™ll give them another round of nutrients, and for the final week, Iโ€™ll start the flushing process. ๐Ÿšฟ The smell in the grow room? Absolutely unreal. Itโ€™s hard to describe, but it sticks to your brain so much that I sometimes catch myself remembering it while sitting at work! ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ญ Wishing everyone an amazing holiday season ahead โ€“ letโ€™s keep growing strong! ๐ŸŽ„โœจ Cheers! ๐Ÿƒ

Metamorph Hello fellow forum members and growers! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ‘‹ My grow journey has come to an end a bit earlier than planned. Why, you ask? Well, humidity decided to play the villain this time! ๐ŸŒง๏ธ The big buds started to rot from the inside, and I caught it just in time. Instead of risking more losses, I chose to wrap up the cycle. ๐ŸŽฌโœ‚๏ธ The last three days were spent flushing the plants thoroughly. ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ง Despite the early harvest, Iโ€™m pretty satisfied with both strains. Now, all thatโ€™s left is to patiently wait for the drying process to finish and welcome the New Year with a stash full of smokable joy! ๐ŸŽ‰โœจ I donโ€™t usually weigh my harvests (because numbers are boring, right? ๐Ÿ˜œ), but Iโ€™d say itโ€™s a pretty decent yield. Letโ€™s just say this year will definitely end on a high note. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ”ฅ Happy growing to all, and may your buds always be dense and dank! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’จ

Hey everyone! Guess what? I found a surprise guest in my tent today ๐Ÿ˜‚โ€”a little ladybug has moved in, and I couldnโ€™t be happier ๐Ÿ˜Š. Free pest control, right?!

Hey! Love the grow! Iโ€™m currently micro grow style, i went with LST and minor pruning of the lowest budsites, when it comes to maturity, my plants are at week 9, and keep in mind your plants are way larger than mine, but maturity wise, my girls at week 9 are looking almost identical to yours at week 11. 15 -20% amber pistils, and a negligible amount of amber trichombs, I found 2 after looking at almost all of both plants. I hope mine continue fattening and end up taking 14 - 15 weeks before trichomes start turning! Sick grow mate!!
the end.
