Four weeks have passed since sprouting. Honestly, I’m not too thrilled with the plant’s size at Day 28 — it’s looking a bit smaller than I’d like. But I think the slow start shifted its cycle a bit. Since it hasn’t shown its sex yet, it probably won’t start flowering next week. This means it still has time to bulk up.
I kicked off the week with some training, starting light LST. I’ve also been trimming a few leaves that block light to lower nodes.
Next time, I’ll definitely go with a bigger pot, aiming for 25 liters.
This week, I watered twice, on Day 4 and Day 7. For the first watering, I added Root-Juice at the recommended dose. I used half doses of Akti-Vera and BioHeaven at the start, then went full strength for the second watering. I also introduced 1/4 dose of BioGrow on the second round. The plant seems to be responding well to the nutrients.
As for lighting, I’ve set the lamp to 80% power during the day. I didn’t mention it before, but I also set the light at 30% an hour before lights-off and an hour after lights-on, creating a gradual transition to mimic natural sunrise and sunset. Next week, I’ll add a second light and plan to start with 140 watts during the day.
I think next week will likely be the last one in veg, and then the plant should start flowering.
Hi there. Good luck for your grow! Like you already said, we started our grows of Cinderella Jack about the same time. If my plgrows well, we can compare our yields in the end😀.
@GanjaChimp, Hey! Thanks, and good luck with your grow as well! Yeah, it’s awesome we’re both growing Cinderella Jack at the same time. Let’s definitely compare yields at the end — it’ll be interesting to see how they turn out! 😄
I'm growing thc-victory from Dutch passion as well. Also 3rd week and it has almost same size of yours. To be honest I was hoping a bit faster development. At current pace I'm not sure they will be ready for flowering around 5th week. Good luck with your plant it is looking very healthy.
