The end is near! Front two plants were switched to flawless finish on second day of the week. By the end of week have reached the end of their cycle at 76 days from seed and are being chopped later today. Since the lights turn off in the morning and on in afternoon will be "tomorrow" as far as days from seed is concerned. These two girls are just packed with crystal and are full of rock hard buds. Kinda neat how the buds went from a pinkish colour last week to a darker colour this week. Every spot I check the trichomes now has a decent amount of reds in it so it is time for them to come to an end. By far the two most crystal packed plants I have grown so far!
Back two have bulked out even more over the course of the week, but trichomes are still 80/20 cloudy/clear and just seeing the first random red here and there but very infrequently. So once I chop down front two I will switch back two to flawless finish and aim to harvest probably in 5-7 days. Will be good to give them a bit more space and light penetration for their final week, pump every bit we can out of them.
This grow has been a great way to start off the season, nice easy plants with minimal maintenance and a great structure. Very little training and a nice even canopy without stressing the plants in the process.
Lights 90% @ 750-800 umol/s
Exhaust 6" @ 40%
Intake 4" @ 60%
Water 16L every 3-4 days
damn brother, sooner or later you're gonna spot a tiger in that mf jungle!
looking nice as always, something to strive for, although.. me going into automated drip shit stuff? maybe in a few years 😂
@ironf1st, thanks dude! I have noticed a huge difference since switching to the AutoPots, especially with auto strains. No more guessing how hungry or thirsty they are, they just drink as needed. No fancy pumps or drip emitters, just plain easy gravity feed bottom watering. Although the air domes help (about 30% more yield) they aren't a needed if want to keep the watering system power free. Now it's just up to me to keep raising the lights to keep up with the plant growth haha
They are looking beautiful my friend, and yes, if you'd asked me, I would've said, their growth is slowed down due to the defoliation, that's why I would rather prune them a little bit every couple of days through the grow, automatics are really finicky when it comes to handling stress like that. I have noticed it with the white haze automatic my friend gave me, my first automatic I had, I just Pruned her carefully, bit by bit, it grew much bigger than the one I have in there right now. They get shocked very easily. Not a fan of autos tbh. But still, yours look beautiful. Good luck on the final phase my friend!
