From week 9 onwards, I couldn't get out of my amazement:
In the mornings and evenings, the daily changes to the ladies were too serious! 🤓
One more word regarding the use of super soil.
Dear people, whether you believe me or not - I am using this 80 liter of soil for the 7th time.
I always prepare them for the next grow during the run by adding enzymes to the soil non-stop. This kills two birds with one stone:
On the one hand, they clean the root system of dead tips and very quickly convert organic residues into bioavailable sugars.
And that's just one sensational side effect of many. Furthermore, after each run I only add some Starttrex from Biotabs, Silicium Flash and very little pre-mix from Bio Bizz.
About 3 handfuls of fresh perlite and on top some peat-free potting soil for the first 5 cm on the surface, so that the protégés can spend a relatively quiet start to life.
In the meantime, the soil activities are so strong that I only use 1 Biotabs per 17 liters of fabric pot. And I'll add them in week 2. And with week 2, all ladies will get a super neatly pre-fermented compost drinker (vaccination) consisting of:
Aerated and osmosis purified water, Bactrex, Myccotrex, Dynomyco, and Orgatrex 5 ml per liter of water.
The PK composted tea alone is also a precursor for the following run…
Feed your microorganisms and not your plants.
It pays to rethink!
In my eyes, organic cultivation is art and pure enjoyment!
A plant that sits and lives in her food, does not have to make an effort. It will have to develop very differently, than a plant that is allowed to live organically. It forms a symbiosis with soil life and is forced to interact.
Do you want to be a person, who has everything - in abundance - instead of grateful, happy and satisfied letting the small pleasures in life slowly grow - with a healthy appreciation?!
And you know what:
Whether I have a few grams less available in the end through organic cultivation, than after a period of fattened cows, at least compensates for the fact that the terpene profile is generated in a much more multifaceted way. The same applies to flavonoids.
They are another secondary metabolite of many plants, including cannabis. They often contain a broader spectrum of antioxidant effects that contribute to longevity and overall health. Especially in organic farming.
Maybe it's just a question of philosophy and taste! Factory farming is also worthwhile somehow - at least for factory farming, but/and less for his animals or our environment.
In any case, I strictly reject mineral fertilization.
Of course, that doesn't mean that I haven't tried it too. But the smell of the earth alone was extremely unpleasant to me. 😵💫
And if you know how mineral fertilizers are made, you know what you are doing to yourself, your body and the environment in the long run.
Whether vegetables, fruits or cannabis - organic is organic!
@SwissKush,
Yes, it plays in a league of its own! A workhorse, I would say. So we are grateful and don't complain... 😜
Happy grow and many thanks for stopping by… 🐝…
Congratulations on your harvest mate, beautiful job 🔥🔥 and your description has pushed me to try it now haha 😂 in going to have to get some seeds soon, love an amazing sativa
