Whatever that white stuff is on the leaves you need to remove it or it's going to burn the leaves and slow down growth

@Topshelf_only, its diatomaceous earth to prevent bugs, it doesn't harm the plant, you leave it 1 or 2 days and after that i blow it off with the ventilator
