We placed the seeds in water with peroxide and they sprouted in some days!

Whatever that white stuff is on the leaves you need to remove it or it's going to burn the leaves and slow down growth

@Topshelf_only, its diatomaceous earth to prevent bugs, it doesn't harm the plant, you leave it 1 or 2 days and after that i blow it off with the ventilator
