Borberad Welcome to my grow diary: "When life gives you lemons, make drizzle out of it!"
Here we start a journey that is sweeter than lemon cake and more exciting than a summer rain! Our main star: Lemon Drizzle from Barneys Farm. This strain is a true flavor wonder – a cross between Zesty Lemon and OG Kush that combines a zesty citrus aroma with a hint of sweetness. With a pleasant mix of Sativa energy and Indica coziness, it promises to be a real hit not only in cultivation but also in enjoyment.
So buckle up, because this grow is guaranteed to be so juicy, sweet, and above all wonderfully lemony that you'll want to cover the screen. (Better not!) 😉
After 30 hours in 1% H202, a root has already grown from the seed. Quick little one. If she keeps in such a hurry, it will be exciting to keep her small. Then on October 23rd, she was placed in a 200ml coconut nest in a fabric pot filled with about 8l of light mix and watered with osmosis water + Hesi Root Complex. Consider the day when the leaves fully emerge from the soil as day 1.

Borberad Week 2 begins and you can see that it's going to be a little flower. Something must not have fit 100% because the start was unfortunately a bit sluggish and the first leaf pair shows brown tips. I haven't deviated from my usual germination and cultivation method. Maybe it was too exposed to the wind!?

Borberad At the beginning of week 3, the little Lemondrizzles is doing quite well. Nutrients will be slightly increased throughout the week. Interestingly, the plant is growing crooked (to the right). As can be seen in one of the photos (day 0.1) by the light color in the tent, the plant is positioned in the middle between two lamps that are roughly comparable in power, 150W to 160W, with the 160W lamp initially set to about 50% power and the other at 75%. However, it seems that the little flower has clearly chosen one of the two lamps. 🤔

Borberad The week starts with slight Calmag deficiency symptoms. Water consumption seems relatively low. The surface doesn't dry out within 24 hours with more than 800ml.

Borberad For planning reasons, the little one has to go into flowering. So, set up the reserve tent, move the lamp, and relocate with Honeycream. The first photos are still from the home box, then from a basic reserve tent. But they will only stay there for a maximum of 2 weeks, then it's off to the big home box.

Borberad This week I switched tents for more space. Of course, I promptly forgot to turn on the timer, so the ladies were lit for 36 hours. 🙈
Borberad Flowering week 8
Not much longer and she can be harvested.
The trichomes are nicely milky and the first ones are already turning amber, the buds are no longer getting significantly thicker.
