I found this seed in some flower from a local medical delivery service. It was the only seed I found in 3 grams of bud so hopefully it won't go full hermie. The smoke was great so I have high hopes for this one lucky seed. I got quite a bit of foxtailing on my last grow so I'm really going to watch the light distance this time. Starting in solo cups and then moving to 5 gallon - Roots Organics Original + a little bit of extra perlite. (2) Roleadro 300w (125 actual) LEDs.
Day 2 - Seed head has broken soil.
Day 5 - Looking good! Slowy lowering lights but still at about 35 inches away.
Day 7 - Good first week, no issues to report.
End of the first week and we're off to a good start. Not growing as fast as the Ripper Seeds popped alongside but nothing to really worry about yet. Slowly ramping up water but still using a sprayer to apply. Also lowering the lights about an inch per day probably until i reach about 20 inches.
Day 8 - Looking good.
Day 10 - Lowered lights to 24"
Day 24 - Didn't update as much as I wanted to due to work and getting sick but I'm going to try to keep at it from now on. She's grown a lot since the last update although thankfully staying pretty short. I topped her yesterday with no apparent issues. No nutes yet, I hate burning my plants so I'm going to rely on the nutrients already available in the soil until right before flipping to flower (one light veg feeding).
Day 28 - Nights have been colder lately, getting the tent down to 70F which is probably a nice improvement from 80F. Also, good growth since topping.
Day 37 - Moved out of the main tent and into a closet with 600w Mars LED for a little while. Sour Rippers in the same tent were ready for flower but this lady could use some more veg time. Removed some big fan leaves that were blocking some middle budsites, responding well so far.
Day 39 - LST and removed 2 more big fan leaves. Going to try to hold off on any additional defoliation until after flowering stretch.
Day 49 (F01)- Last week of veg before moving into the flower tent. I wanted to veg her more but she's only in a 2.5 gallon pot so I figured I should get going on the flowering - don't want to rely too heavily on supplemental nutes. Moved to flower tent on the last day of week 7 and given first feeding.
F04 - Pretty bushy transitioning into flower. Going to need some serious defoliation once the stretch is done. No sign of sex yet, hoping for the best as this was a bagseed.
F09 - She's a girl! We'll see if that stays true the whole grow as this was a bagseed. Looking good though!
F15 - Nice structure, lots of bud sites. Excited for this one!
F31 - Finally got her out of the tent for a full-plant shot. Too lazy to setup my flash though. Getting really frosty and smells sweet/pungent.
F35 - Smells just like fruity pebbles!
