Im going to be using the wet tissue method for germinating some seeds. Then I will very carefully put them in some small rockwool cubes. But what I want to know is when do you think is best to get them under the fluro. As soon as there in the rockwall?

Be careful with the tissue method. Don't let it get too dry or you can damage the taproot. Everyone has their own method. Find what works for you.
I personally soak the seed for 18 to 24hrs in rainwater (a lot of times you will see the taproot already comijg out), then just pour the seed right into the growing medium hole made 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep. Then just cover up and wait. Never had one not germinate that way and no chance of damaging taproot. Once I see them start to break ground, I flip the light on.
