All seeds were soaked in water for 24 hours and stored in a dark place. After ~10 hours I gave each seed a little push with my fingertip and they sank the the bottom. They were then planted directly in soil at a depth of ~0.5cm and broke through the soil after 3 days. My pots are 12 liters filled with mostly BioBizz Allmix and about 1.5 liters LightMix on top. My plan is to not feed them for the first 3-4 weeks, because the prefertilized soil might burn the plant if I add additional fertilizer. The lights are on 40% and 80cm above the sproutlings. I picked those strains because I wanted to have a strain of each type: HBH Is described as an uplifting sativa. PA sounds like a sativa leaning hybrid and the effect of BKC is described as very relaxing.

All seedlings kept growing. Banana Kush Cake kept stretching and nearly falling over although the DLI should be correct for seedlings. Filled the pot up with soil and increased light to prevent further stretching.

Just letting them grow. I watered after 8 days and used 1/3 of the pot volume. Some people might say, that you should use less water at this stage, but I am not having any issues with this approach. No fertilizer or CalMag used yet.

I was having multiple issues this week. Plants started showing signs of CalMag deficiency because my tap water basically contains no Cal/Mag. Started adding CalMag to the water. HubbaBubbaHaze was also showing signs of N toxicity. The strain description mentions it being sensitive to Nitrogen. The all mix soil is probably a bit too hot for this strain. If I grow HBH again, I would put it in 100% lightmix instead the mix I am using this grow. Decided to just let it go and hoping it outgrows the issues.
