This is my first try at popping some seeds, so I would figure Blue dreams would be a perfect stepping off point. Seeds are from Seed Supreme and i started them with the old fashion paper towel. I did not sandwich the seeds in the paper towel, i just took a the towel and folded it, soaked it in PH 6.4 water and just placed the seeds on top of the paper towel and sealed the bag. The seeds sat face down (seeds down), inside of a germination box with a heating mat under the germ box. The seeds took 3 days to pop and get tails enough to plant all 4 directly into soil. all 4 seeds were planted into solo cups and it took an additional 4-5 days before they began to brake the soil. Now the seedlings are between 1 inch and 1.75 inches. Trying not to let them stretch further but the good thing is that they are shooting their first set of leaves so I will be able to seed them soon and move them into the Veg tent. Lets go!!!!

The ladies are off! This marks week one of veg and the ladies are doing great and provably happy to get the hell out of the germination box. Stared them on basic nutrients and will be watering them in until we move them into 7 gal containers. Other than that that we wait until we can top them and train them. Ready for my dreams to be blue again.

Week 2 ladies are in the pots. We are starting on full strength A/B at every watering and monitor burn. Other than that the ladies seem to be much happier getting out of the solo cups. I will be mainlineing the plants when we get far enough in.

Week3! moving out of early veg and into big boi weeks. Probably within the next week or so we will be doing our first topping. 6+ growth terminals will be my metric and I will be taking the best 4 and running 4 mains per plant. I also decided to edge up the nutrients, they look like they responded to the boost last week so Ill see if I can run them off of the Vanilla chart from TPS 10+ week extended chart. I usually run the nutrients at 70% strength A/B so we will see if we can push more in the late veg area. Also To deal with the possibility of future Root Gnat issues before I Transplanted the seedlings into 7 gal containers, I made sure i ran boiling water through my premade soil mix before hand. that way if there was any larvae in the soil it killed them off beforehand. I did replace soil microbes that I ended up killing off as well by adding in recharge after the fact when the soil cooled down a bit, even if the micro-bio stuff in the soil was not compromised I made sure to have a backup plan. I will also be spraying the ladies with Crop Defender 3 soon for mildew and spider mite prevention. CD3 is compleately organic pesticide/fungicide which is OMRI listed.

This week i topped the ladies and we are moving along nicely. Im sure within the next week will be able to top them again and get to 8 Mains running. The one plant that I suspected of having a genetic issue most certainly did have an issue and Ill try to work around it, not to mention keeping my eye out for herms later when its in flower. but for now everthing seems to be moving along as planned.

Week 5 All the ladies have been topped aside from the one with genetic issues. From now on out we will be doing some main line work and LST until we reach the edge of the pot and then we let the ladies grow upwards. From the look of my other tent in flower i have plenty of time to grow these ladies as big as i can, probably like 6 weeks left in veg. I did notice some browning on the leaves, so i added a water conditioner to remove chlorine and chloramine in my water reserve. so far so good!

Week 6 Training is going well, a thing I took note of is that I could have topped much earlier to get these ladies lower without issues. Regardless everything is moving along nicely, No issues with PH lockout and the leaf structure looks fantastic. I do think i could bump up the nitrogen a bit. but Ill watch the progression of the pink on solar leaf steams. Considering how deep green the solar leaves are lead me to believe that the levels are fine. Waterings are every 4-5 days or so, and i will be moving the plants up to a half gal each next week. Cant wait till all of them are at the edge.

Week 7 2 of the 4 ladies are almost at the edge of the pot and the other 2 are really close, even considering the one with the genetic issues. With the boost of AB and topping out on N-primer and Cal-mag, I don't see any burning issues. Im not at full strength but close to it, more like 75%. I can push another ml/gal in about a week or two, i believe this should be a 12-13 week veg. I did top 2 nodes on the small one and will be getting 8 mains out of that one as well. This should get a very nice yeild concidering the sizes so far.

Week 8 The ladies are doing great and we are making wonderful time for growth progress. Nothing major to update other than all 3 of the main ladies are at the edge of the pots so we can let them just grow now. However our special lady with the genetic issues seems to be rolling along nicely. I will be applying another dose of Crop defender 3 after they all turn upwards, no issues that i have seen thus far but i will say that i want to stay on top of any issues. Smooth sailing from now on out.

Week 9 veg We are doing well, the ladies are growing quickly, I do believe I need to add a foliar spray to the mix or up the nutrients because we are still short on nitrogen and a bit of magnesium it seems. But its not a massive deficiency so ill just push more nutrients one way or another. The one plant with the genetic issues seems to have wanted split its Main on its own. So apparently i have and auto main plant? XD, i will keep an eye out of herms but it find this genetic issue interesting. I am beyond happy with the way training came out on the ladies. I just need to make sure I keep them all low next batch of seeds. I'm used to the fuckery of aux clones so running seeds was a treat. 2 weeks of veg left about and we flip!

Week 10 So i believe i have a magnesium deficiency, i am foliar spraying to combat it and along with the spray I'm adding cal-mag to account for any other nutrients that are having lockout issues. other than that the ladies seem to be doing rather well all things considered, so ill nip this in the butt with a flush and drench to knock out excess salts from the nutrients. I feel even tho TPS is chelated, excess salts will disrupt micros so better safe than sorry and flush b4 flower. I'll update as progress moves forward.

Well, we have been on quite the recovery adventure. 3 weeks of recovery from a Cal-mag lockout. I can admit i was being dumb and was using the Cal-mag dose for flower rather than veg. So while i was blasting the living hell out of the ladies with calcium it created a massive lockout. SO, i have flipped the lights to 12-12 I don't want to delay flower much longer I have clones in veg that are behind as well. I dialed back A/B, n-primer and cal-mag and we will ramp back up after initial stretch. The ladies have responded well in the last week to foliar spray and feedings so we are back on track. I will also be defoliating more in the coming weeks before total flip so ill have plenty of time to give them a trim.
