hightech316 Long week! Moved her over to a bigger space to stretch, and to start to began eating! She went into 1 gal fabric pot, Where I tried to " remix " coots soil recipe . Here's what we have mixed up. Pro-Mix HP - 12.5 cups ( roughly 3/4 ) *Worm Castings - 2.5 cups *Kelp Meal - 1.5 Tbsp - .5 tbsp inside transfer hole Alfalfa Meal - 2 Tbsp Gypsum - 1.5 Tbsp Bone fish meal - 1.5 Tbsp Azomite - mineral - 1.5 Tbsp *Gaia all purpose 4-4-4 - 3 Tbsp *Photosynthesis plus - Minimum dose ( Heard amazing things. Smells like its strong ) BioChar - 1/4 cup *Trifecta Mycro - 1 tsp - Inoculate roots ( spread on roots and transfer hole ) (I've added * to ingredients That were largly suggested and I would try with other soils and mediums ) Using distilled water. Adding a pinch of Epson salt to raise EC . The current light (MediGrow Sun v2-320w ) was kicked up from 40% to 60% . **** Turning up the lights to 60% and 24" from canopy started to impact plant negatively . Light stress and Burn kicks in. The plant is almost 4" ( at 19 days old) . tight nodes, rough leafs, yellowing / burning of older leaves. Leads me to believe the lights and or cal-mag deficiency. I've turned down the lights to 40% and raised to about 32" . ---This MediGrow Sun v2 - 320w was made for a 4x4 or 3x3 tent. I'm currently using a 2x2 ..

hightech316 Week 3 - Bouncing back from Light Stress and perhaps calcium deficiency. Leafs began to look burn . Rough texture. Stunted growth . ---Raised lights to 36" . 40% Power. --- Added cal-mag into last feeding . As I mentioned , I am using a light designed for a 4x4, in a 2x2 😨. Anyone else been in this predicament? Day 26 - Since she is past her 5th node, and all new development looks happy, I began LST . She was stunted between the nodes , due to the light. LST , I plan on topping as well. ( Perhaps. )

hightech316 My first attempt with LST , I think it is going to work out ! Had my first break ! Or in this case, going with "topped". The part that broke was at the top of the main stem. 3 nodes were taken . Keeping her moist , trying to keep microbes alive . She had her first top feeding of Gaia Green's all purpose 4-4-4 ( 1 TBSP ) , Kelp meal ( 1 TBSP ) and worm castings . ( Actually going to make a worm casting tea and put in a spray bottle. ) I have noticed this little green bumps among the fan leafs, I'll post in questions .

hightech316 5 days of Droopy leafs , Thinning Leafs , etc . I beleieve Combo of Light stress / burn. Nutrient Burn and a little of over watering ? Transplanted to a 3 gallon fabric pot. Hoping her new home will perk her up. 90% Pro-Mix HP 10% Worm Castings ( dialed dose back a little, I can always add more . ) Gaia All Purpose 4-4-4 3 tbs Alfalfa meal 1tbs kelp 1 tbs fish bone meal 1 tbs Mycro added to roots Went low dose on everything this time. Even though , 5th week , she should be ramping up :( . I will not give up!

hightech316 Starting to turn the corner on the magnesium deficiency . Leafs are begging to widen . I'm wondering if it's this light that is doing the harm ? Feeding 2 grams of mag ( epson salt ) in 1gal of feed water ) . Going to begin to use TPS's Organic CalMag supplement . LST is going . Trying to keep the tops in the light. Nodes are so close together.

hightech316 ----- Week 7 ------ Still on rebound from nutrient deficiency , ( Magnesium) / Nutrient Lockout & maybe salt build up . I made too strong soil, With my additional amendments ( Which Gaia has most already ) . Basically double down on 4 of them . Working on the canopy and making sure the lower leafs are getting light , and even. It feels shes a week or two behind --------------------------------------------------------------- ----- AI Trouble Shooting ----- --------------------------------------------------------------- I use Claude AI to help with python / php programming, so I figured I'd run my soil recipe through this AI. Asked if there would be any issues, Pretty good response! Here was the response. ( I troubleshot the plant prior ) " Potential Issues: Salt Build-up: Worm castings + Bone Fish Meal together can lead to salt accumulation Watch for leaf tip burning or nutrient lockout Nutrient Overlap/Excess: Multiple calcium sources (Gypsum + Bone Fish Meal) Could potentially lock out magnesium uptake if too concentrated pH Considerations: Bone Fish Meal can lower pH over time Gypsum is pH neutral but can affect nutrient availability Deficiency Risks: Magnesium might become deficient due to high calcium levels Iron availability might be reduced due to pH fluctuations Nitrogen could become limited during heavy flowering "

hightech316 Plant growing slowly. Finally was able to move the light 10" . Hoping leaves will quite being droopy and folding inward, like a taco . Definitely not a Mag issue . All of the leaves not directly being hit by the light is doing fine . Ordered an External Dimmer for the light , even though there is a built in one. The built in only goes down to 40%. Since I am in 2x2 with this heavy light , I will be happy to go below the set dimm.

hightech316 Flipped to 12/12 ! Going to feed 2 TBSP Gaia All Purpose and 2 TBSP Gaia Bloom for the first top feeding . A little more LST to and throw in a scrog . Began using Microbe Life's "Photosynthesis Plus". Since the product is made up of live bacteria, very strong odor of sulfur . She's had a harsh veg time, perhaps she will be happy flowering ...

hightech316 5th week of flower. Still battling nutrient lock / burn . The soil was super hot. Basically 3x the suggested amount of Gaia Greens . I should have flushed prior to bloom . Hopefully she takes a turn . I learned SO very much this round .

hightech316 * 6 week of flower day 4 . Finally was able to stop the necrosis . Do believe pH was part of issue. Also upgrading to 3x3 helped 👍 Started using wetting agent , Yucca extract. Feels as every piece of soil has been watered . After using , my fabric pot felt pregnant lol. Lights at 100% starting today. Due to plants health , I've been adjusting light slowly . *Question - What do you guys do when you hit nute lock? ( I know , the thing to do is not get locked out ) . Any certain enzymes help the lock?

hightech316 Week 8 Bloom. Smells like blue skittles and permanent markers. Not as much frost as I thought , But then again, She had issues . Cannot wait 👌 This run definitely took x2 longer than it should have ran😨

hightech316 Flowers smell amazing. Like Candy! An more experienced grower would definitely have a better yield / outcome . Im Happy!
