I set up the seeds for germination on 09/08 using the cotton pad+zipper bag method. On 11/08 they all showed their taproot and I buried them in soil.
One day later the first ones started to sprout, with another day later marking the start of the run.
For clarification: on the group photo you see that I planted the Gelato Kiss from elev8 Seeds as well but she grew very weirdly in the beginning, so I switched ger out with Milky Dreams.
This Gelato Kiss might return in a later diary though ;)
They all came out nicely and survived to transplant very well. Other than that, there's not really much to say.

A bit late on the photos of the week.
Also a bit hard to give the right nutrients description here on grow diaries when using dry amendments. I used 3g/l of soil BioBloom (27g) and 1ml/l of water BioEnhancer (3g in total for all plants).
They grow very nicely, especially Double Dunked and Melonade Runtz seem to enjoy their training quite a lot!
I also transplanted and did a bit of a defoliation before switching the lights to 12/12 for bloom.
They are stretching wonderfully!
No problems whatsoever so far.
Did some more training to keep an even canopy. Also elevated some some of the pots with stuff I had laying around.
As you can see, the Melonade Runtz hermied again...
Mystery Made 2 also started but I already had the feeling this is going to happen, since everything inside this tent hermied. The first runs I threw in the trash (besides the one King's Juice survivor, you can see my diary on as well) but I now needed some weed and I had the little hope that MAYBE if I keep plugging the male parts off, that she eventually turns full female.
I saw that in one of Hyperactive Highs videos and just gave full dedication into it, controlling every single day.
I really spent hours into this but as you can also see, the Melonade Runtz was the frostiest out of the bunch, so I really didn't throw her away!
On the bright sight: I managed to achieve quite an even canopy for now. They also shouldn't stretch too crazy from here on out
Mystery Made 2 already stopped showing male traits. I only plugged 3 or 4 there in total. Melonade Runtz on the other hand still is developing but I have the feeling that it is slowly getting better.
All in all they look amazing and are growing very nicely. The trichomes are also developing great!
On the 15/10 it was my fifth day in a row without any more signs of pollensacks or nanas! It really is worth the try is you think, you got something special on your hands. If you can, better isolate it anyways, I just didn't have the room for this.
Everything else also going great and the Double Dunked is starting to show why this run is called "Purple Beauties". From now on every week was going to blow my mind on just how beautiful this grow could turn out.
Also did some defoliation again
Now Milky Dreams is starting to fade as well even though it looks like a deficiency might play into it as well imo but I'm not quite sure.
At this point I can only repeat myself when saying that they look amazing
And last but definitely not least, Mystery Made 2 starts to fade as well.
From now on, not every single week but every single DAY, the colors get more and more intense...
I'm totally in love with this grow
Look at this...
Look how fucking beautiful these plants are looking. It's really unbelievable that I am growing something like this at my home.
This is their last week before harvest.
The second round of photos are taken on the day before harvest. After that, I give them 24 hours of lights on to increase the trichome production even more but I'm too scared to do 48 hours on. They start to get a bit ugly, so I'm not sure if 48 hours of light would be too much
Growing Milky Dreams, was easy.
After being just a little step behind the others (that's because she started the first two weeks under a cheap light with worse conditions), she really started exploding in the last few weeks of flowering and she just doesn't stop getting bigger nugs.
She also has the biggest Buds out of the bunch
Her fade in the last weeks was also incredibly beautiful and got caught me by surprise.
Her aromas are also amazing! A bit of citrus, with a bit of cream/sweetness.
I hope after drying, that creamyness will intensify into some Milky Dreams.
Milky Dreams got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure.
Drying conditions are as follows:
16-18°C
55-60% RH
Double Dunked was super easy to grow.
She was the only one who's pot didn't need any elevation because she was naturally the tallest and her colors just speak for themselves.
It's a little bit of green, with tons of purple, black, pink and even red. It's so purple, that even the trichomes are getting purple stems. Astounding.
She definitely has the craziest colors and overall appearance out of the bunch. That probably will result in the best bag appeal as well but we'll see
I really can't believe how incredible this plant is looking!
This might even be my 10/10 but since it's just my second indoor grow and just my first serious grow, I'm still hesitating because you can't go higher after than 10/10
But definitely a 9.5 for sure!
Her aromas are very much Oreoz leaning, at least how I imagine a good Oreoz to be. At least it smells like those white Oreos, like without the chocolate part.
It's super sweet and basically no fruit aroma which I haven't smelled ever. Most of the time there is at least something citrusy imo.
Really glad that I have 2 more seeds of this variety.

Melonade Runtz was super easy to cultivate as well.
I mean she developed male traits but idk why. Maybe I've overdone it a bit with the training, maybe it's because the variety is not so resistant to training, maybe just unlucky? I can't tell right now, since this is my first run with Melonade Runtz but at the end of the day: I'm just very, very happy that I put in the work and didn't throw her away after seeing the first male sings.
Melonade Runtz is definitely the frostiest out of the bunch.
Her colors are also really amazing with green, purple, pink and some red tones as well.
Aroma is heavily fruity, with sometimes getting a sweet, almost honeydew melonish aroma and sometimes more bitter fruity aroma.
Hoping that the sweet fruity aroma will translate into smoking taste as well.

And last but definitely not least: Mystery Made 2.
My random strain, which I just bought to get free shipping (and apples and bananas didn't sound as appealing as expected when reading through the description), turned out to be an absolute beauty, as well!
She has some niice black leaves in contrast to the very fresh green buds. Looks really beautiful imo.
She definitely, DEFINITELY is the stickiest out of the bunch! Daamn that's crazy, it's like glue.
She really has some dank smell! Kinda stinky/gassy, I can't really tell but already very excited to see how she will taste. I hope that, whatever I smelled, will taste close to that.
Would be an amazing contrast to all the other fruity/sweet tastes (if they even taste as they smell or close to it).
After not really any expectations, she really turned out amazing!
Tbh I don't even know what I didn't like about the Apples and Bananas, nowadays it sounds kinda nice as well but I'm still very glad I chose the Mystery Made 2. I think (hope from the smell) that she will be the perfect addition to round up this quartet.

Can I ask how much grams of biogrow did you add ?. Btw that ist just an undescribable beauty there. I use 11L and 5g/L in grow and same in bloom. What did you do master ? xDD
Looks great amigo. Beautiful colours. But ahhhh that whole darkness period before harvest is all bro science and doesn’t do anything. Your best bet is to harvest the plant just after lights on.
Anyway try the whole dark period thing if you want. There’s no worry to do 48 hours either. I’ve done it before and I probably won’t do the dark period ever again. There’s nothing to substantiate that it actually boosts anything.
Your girls look amazing, enjoy your soon to be harvest.
@Inceptionist, beautiful colours growmie, they are really pretty good job. I dont do light on or of but i rdeuce the water ampunt so that they will be stressed because of lack of water if this is done right it increases the trichomes and potency, wish me luck for my cherry run right now.
@Papa_T, thanks buddy, yeah I know that darkness doesn't do too much, that's why I gave them lights on, not darkness xD
But maybe 24 hours are a bit too little because I didn't really have the feeling that it did really a lot. Maybe next time, I'm just going to harvest without any "special moves" whatsoever.
