Ringo's Gift (MSNL)

I don't think I'll be using coco plugs again. I skipped documenting week 2 because the seedling didn't show any signs of growth and looked the same as week 1. Then at the start of week 3, it started to die as can be seen in the first picture. Its apical growth withered away and it topped itself. In the second image, you can see the two new tops a couple days after transplanting it to try to save it. Has anyone topped a plant when it only had cotyledon leaves before? Neither have I, and technically I still didn't as it did this to itself, and this is surely going to be interesting.
