Hi, I would give her a few more days. As you said, in the pictures they look milky, but there are still many white hairs, and the leaves still look quite green. You can tell when she's ripe because the leaves start to die and the plant puts all its reserves into the buds. Give her a bit more time.
Also, take a look at the buds a bit lower down and focus more on the calyxes, not just the sugar leaves and the upper buds. Unless you have to harvest her because of the smell, which could lead to problems with the law. Then you can harvest, but they’re not quite top yet.
