BubbaSquanch Coco Hempy

This is a Freebie seed that I got in my first Mephisto order. Can't say enough good things about those guys and their genetics. It's technically called ( Hubbabubbasmelloscope X Samsquanch OG ) quite a mouth full. So I think it's now going by BubbaSquanch. She popped very easily and quickly. But her first set of leaves were a bit malformed, not a big deal. I did giver her a little food in the water i soaked the rockwool in. It was very mild, like 100-200 ppm max. Just keeping her humid.

Just letting her do her thing and establish some roots before I plant her in the Hempy. Gave her some nature sunlight a couple days in a row and she responded well. New branches forming.

She got planted in the Hempy at beginning of week3 and responded well. No signs of shock. Gave her a good watering and allowed some of it to remain in the resivoir to encourage roots to grow down to feed. The pics above are of days 18 & 20, as you can see she's starting to hit fast growth stage. I'll be F.I.M,ing her soon, It's possible to become a big plant because of genetics and I have limited space.

Ramping up the PPm's as the week goes. She got a FIM on day 22. It didn't really slow her down , she's growing super fast now. Starting Lst on the main stalk on day 24, as well as leaftucking to expose all the lower branches that are really exploding.

Lst all week. She pushing out strong branches and secondaries. On day 30 she started showing sex, even though I know it's guaranteed to be a female I document when this happens because I've found the breeder times can vary quite a bit and this might be related purely to my setup, so the next time I grow her I have a better idea. On day 34 she was moved into the BIG Spacebucket. With the start of flower and those 3000K COB's, she's going to stretch out in there.

Flowering has begun. She did a huge stretch this week . I didn't get enough pics up here but you'll see 😉

LST like crazy, Defoliated and even removed a couple "sucker" branches. Trying to contain her but this is one beast of a bush. Stacking well, and lots of flowers.

Looking good. Stacking and putting out nice tufts of flowers. Did some heavy defoliation on day 63. This bush has lots of branches ( branches on branches ), and I probably should have removed a few smaller branches but I never know if I'm removing the right ones so I just defoliate and lst to open up as much as possible. gotta get the light all the way down the plant.

Started PK 13/14. I'm never sure when the best time to add it is. I've heard different suggestions as to when to add it, and even some that add a little through flower. So far so good. She's frosting up and starting to fill out. Giving off some delicious sweet aromas.

Home stretch. She's chugging along and looking good. Smell getting stronger as the terps evolve. I added a little Bud Candy this week to maybe push the frost a little but otherwise she's on cruise control. This plant is HUGE! So many branches and so much flower on her. The buds go all the way down the plant. They get loose and fluffy toward the bottom but still smokable.

Still going strong. I was thinking of starting the flush soon but she's maturing slowly. Trichs are still mostly clear w/ some cloudy and still lots of fresh flowers. I'm backing off on the nutes, gave her a flush because the ppm's had reached almost 2000 when testing the runoff. Got runoff back down to 1000 and will monitor it through flush.

Still going. Trichs are just starting to show a few ambers so I'm starting flush soon. Just lowering PPM's through the week. Will flush for 7-8 days and then CHOP!!!

She was harvested on day 92 from seed. I called it because it was basically time and i needed the space for my next plant that is already starting to flower and needs the lights. This plant is a monster. easily the biggest I've grown to date. she was flushed for a week, chopped and wet trimmed, hung dry for 6-7 days and then jarred. I burped the jars daily until humidity stabilized and weighed it all out. HOLY SHIT 202.5 grams total! That' s over 7 oz. Almost 2 oz more than my biggest harvest ever. wow. If i only had a tent to grow in she would have been even bigger. Thank you again to Mephisto Genetics. Top quality. Already tasting delicious, but I'm gonna let her cure for a couple weeks.
