Introduction
According to Fast Buds this strain grows around 130 cm and yields 400 – 550 gr/m2 in about 9-10 weeks, commands a THC content of up to 23%. As a sativa dominant strain (70%), she will grow tall with a large internodal spacing and produce strong aroma.
Germination process
I used the paper towel method. Used the paper towel method, the temperature was around 20°C and it was dark.
I filled the 5-gallon (19 l, 30x25cm) fabric container with BioBizz All-Mix (it contains 35% garden peat, 30% perlite, 20% sphagnum peat moss, 10% BioBizz Worm Humus, 5% Pre-Mix), but in the middle I left a 7cm plant pot sized hole, what I filled with BioBizz Light-Mix, because it is better for seedlings (it is lightly pre-fertilised). I was moistening the growing medium with 1,5l dechlorinated tap water when I put the seed on the paper towel, because BioBizz recommends it for 36 hours before planting, to activate the dry fertiliser Pre-Mix and the micro-organisms.
The seed coat cracked in 48 hours. I put the seed into the soil on the 3rd of December (79 hours later than I put it into paper towels). I think the germination is a bit slow, maybe because of the relatively cold temperature.
She finally popped her head out of the soil late at night on 7 December, a week after I started germination, and 13 hours later she was standing upright. I have the grow light set at 50%, currently 45 cm from the seedling. It may be too far, but if the seedling starts to become leggy, I'll correct the distance.
At this point I watered her with a few tablespoons of dechlorinated tap water, and she was given a plastic dome to keep the humidity even. During this period, the plant is tied up in root formation and gets its nutrients mainly from the seed, and until the first true leaves appear, she can get water mainly through the leaves, so the watering was just to help the developing roots advance in the soil.
