I don't know exactly what the origins are, so here's a new Zamnesia season.
We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius.
So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation.
Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well.
100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots.
----- Our Green Cure F1 Hybrid Auto are growing fast at the time of the photos one was born now it seems that the second one is coming out. We need some CBD in our diet, we overdo it a bit with THC we use it to not go too crazy and not have the symptoms of excessive use of THC. We really like the genetic line and the fact that they are f1, let's go!
It is a CBD Sativa Dominant strain that will probably be sent to our friends at AWC for the CBD category, let's see how it comes out...
WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Remove it delicately as if it were a condom or almost. I apologize for the example but it gives the idea, remove slowly and delicately please.
WARNING: If you choose biodegradable pots, choose the largest ones possible and not paper/cardboard ones, they are made of peat which is the main component of most of the soils we use.
If you want to avoid transmitting vibrations to your neighbors, I recommend installing one of these gym floors under your growboxes, I did it and I also feel safer not to disturb. They are easily found on Amazon in different thicknesses, I took a gym model that is assembled like a puzzle, they are also found in children's shops, they are those floors that are assembled to make children play safely, or to train and to avoid vibrations from equipment or of any kind.

I like to take CBD especially in the form of oil but we thought of growing some CBD autoflowering both for medical use, for cooking etc. and to send to the most anticipated contest of the year in terms of autoflowering, the annual Barcelona autoflower world cup.
Our Green Cure F1 Hybrid Automatic seems to be just right for us, let's see if it throws fire.
Growing projects for autoflowering plants ----- As for autoflowering plants I really love preserving the Main Cola. So I will try to make the plants grow well or badly without affecting the main cola. Nowadays topping autoflowering plants is very accepted but it is not my favorite thing to transform a baby born to finish in 10 weeks into a baby that finishes in 14, I say at this point I do photoperiodic. But in times of people who only grow autoflowering everything is permitted for goodness sake if you want to do it, do it I won't be the one to stop you. Also because the results are excellent nothing to really discuss about anything except time.
All this to tell us that I recommend for example fimming on plants that tend to grow tall to give power to the lateral branches, LST as much as you want, I don't like too much spread out I need space. HST and splitting are with experience. These are my tips not the absolute truth please do not mistake me for a great wise holder of the truth I speak as I see it.
The first week went only with Power Roots 1 Ml/l and Pure Zym 1 ml/l from now on we will start with ALga Grow. The plants were transplanted shortly after germination because the biodegradable pots were very small. The soil is Plagron Pro Mix 100% organic renewed with 30% new soil and 20% Perlite added. (Pro mix has no perlite but is airy, we added it anyway)

Our Green Cure F1 Hybrid Autoflowering by Zamnesia are currently the best in the growbox, they both started really well and I decided to top the biggest one to give the plant a bigger body result. Come on girl, you have a great life journey ahead of you and it won't be bad after that either.
Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens when you apply topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants start flowering at about the 5th intenod, you need to anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good side branches, you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very nice results, especially in warm periods when the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure.
So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches.
On photoperiodic plants, however, we will do topping repeatedly, which is not recommended with autoflowering plants so as not to lengthen the times of plants born to finish in 10 weeks.
The second week (including a few days of germination) we gave Power Roots 1 ml/l, Pure Zym 1 ml/l, Sugar Royal 1 ml/l, Alga Grow 3 ml/l -

Here we are at day 27, remember that we planted two plants per strain, we are between the third and fourth week for the larger plants (which will be worked with topping x2 and then Main Lining) and between the first and second week for the smaller ones that will grow free to show their magnificent main cola at the end.
I made this choice to give the friends of Zamnesia and the growers who use their fantastic seeds the opportunity to see the difference between a plant grown straight and one grown with the help of various techniques that will change from Autoflowering to Photoperiodic.
Our Green Cure F1 is responding quite well to the main lining, I got the wrong arches and ordered the plastic ones now these metal ones you have to be careful not to damage the mini branches.
The thing is working halfway on this plant that seems to be low internodal distance and lignifies quickly, I can open it but not as well as those with long internodal distance. I can already conclude that plants with a wide internodal distance are more suitable for this type of work. We invite breeders to consider recommending the right technique for the type of plant. This one would probably be better to let go, we will check it with the second one that was born recently and will be compared.
As for fertilizers I kept them a little low for this reason, during the topping the plant slows down and by slowing down all that table nitrogen is not needed, but only while you are topping not before, in fact on some I have absolutely solvable deficiencies but you never stop learning as you can see.
In winter I would like to underline another thing, the plant drinks much more slowly and maybe sometimes dries in three days, by doing so we are giving less fertilizer and creating possible spaces for deficiencies.
It has shown some signs of deficiency but it is all recoverable.

We have passed the month and we are madly in love with all our autoflowering plants, we have two per strain, one worked with a mainlining adapted according to the characteristics of the plant and one that grows straight, we can't easily give up the main cola.
For now we will show you those worked with the techniques that are more interesting to see and later planted earlier to make them finish more or less together with those that will grow straight and fast.
We really like our Green Cure CBD F1 worked with the Main Lining. It has an average interodal distance which allowed me to bend the lateral branches properly and obtain a great shape. I really like it to see.
So topping at the third internode, main lining, no pruning until the third internode and topping them again so we have multiplied the buds adequately.
The application of the techniques is a delicate moment also for fertilization. Topping slows down the growth of the plant a bit and does not make it require all that Grow fertilizer that is normally recommended. So you have to go really slow and understand when to reduce the nitrogen. Better to prepare the soil with fertilizers to mix with the soil probably. The problem is sweeping now that it is going into flowering, the plant has shown the first fluff, declared the sex, and the fertilizer will soon be needed indeed. You have to swell.
In any case everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what he does.
Remember the cold temperature makes the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer so be careful to give the right amount and to dry the plant in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances.

Here we are at the moment that we enjoy the most, the flowers are starting to form, our Green Cure CBD reveals the sex and of course like all Zamnesia plants I will be the father of two beautiful girls.
One is growing straight and is further along in flowering but I will show it to you soon, I have focused a lot on this one in main - lining. It is a plant that has a good internodal distance so we have more time to shape it before the woodification and it lends itself very well to lst interventions even a little late.
I managed to open it on the main line very well and the lateral branches are really, growing and stretching properly.
We will not see the super productive trees of the autumn harvest but I am willing to bet that we will have lots of beauty and lots of resin in beautiful bush-sized plants.

The Green Sensation when the flowers are already a bit swollen, do not start immediately. The Power Buds must immediately stimulate the start and development of the buds.

Our Green Cure CBD has started to flower, the main lining here worked really well, the plant is getting nice and big and the branches and flowers are going up really really well.
The plant is a specimen with a medium-wide internodal distance, I managed to work it quite well.
I managed to send it a bit over as you can see from the yellow tips but the quality of the flower will not be affected.

I needed some CDB, I really push a lot of THC in my body and I feel the need to balance this thing a bit.
I asked my friends at Zamnesia cpsa for advice on growing and I got this really beautiful plant, a pleasure to grow in the F1 Hybrid Automatic version and we have two plants.
The one you see in most of the photos that was worked with a main lining that I would say was successful is very beautiful in structure and has a fast flowering such that we are moving on to the green sensation. Unfortunately we have been a bit over fertilized and we are carrying some aesthetic defects,
but nothing particularly worrying I am sorry for the unsightly yellowing of the tips of the leaves.
Of the other one left to grow straight I will only put a few photos in the growbox and as soon as it is ready however it will have the full service like the others, the plants worked with the techniques have stolen a bit of the scene from the plants left to grow straight which are naturally finishing a bit earlier.
We are still using 100% organic soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron. We are still in the early flowering program that keeps the same additives Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom.
The Green Sensation hero of the late flowering will arrive and at the same time it will be time to remove power roots and a week later the enzymes. (The plant left to grow straight and straight in advance has been taking it for a while)

The situation is coming to an end, the flowering is fast and our two Green Cure CBD F1 are very very promising both in terms of scent and resin and will give a good yield as well, it seems.
Great CBD strain this guys, write it down, try it and then come and tell me. Don't forget to consume a little bit of CBD during the day and before going to sleep, the high THC things that we smoke and vaporize are softened in the (already few) negative effects if we use a little CBD.
I advise you to do it if you don't like smoking and vaporizing it. Zamnesia.com offers an incredible series of formats in different percentages that satisfy all tastes. Very often one 30% oil before going to sleep for example.
The plant that has been left to grow free and beautiful is practically ready, we are flushing copiously with an intensive flush. By intensive flush I mean when the plant is too dark at the time of flushing, before it gets too mature I do a flush with about 20 liters of pH adjusted water that I let drain in the toilet. Look at the color, it's very black to clean the soil and reuse it and to clean the plant from fertilizers and smoke clean, the flush is an essential moment.
I also often arrived with the plant colored at the end and it's not good, it's a mistake, the plant must discharge becoming at least partially yellow.
The plant worked with the main lining is really very beautiful. The two ends of the main lining with their ramifications are the main ones, but there is good stuff everywhere. Really great resin guys on both and great smell.
These plants, like all the F1 Hybrids, have started to color the pistils red a little earlier, while the bud was still swelling. This makes me die of heartbreak because every time I think that the flowers will remain small but it is not so, we can already notice beautiful inflorescences.
The shape is very very beautiful as is the structure of this plant indeed.

Our two Green Cure F1 Hybrids of course by Zamnesia Seeds inaugurate a new photographic era for my studio: a magnificent immense, curved and perfect background has truly materialized in my farm, all in the name of Zammi.
The graphics drive me crazy and the Zs in the background like Tetris are a gem of the very talented content creator of Zammi who gave me this gift. There are so many possibilities this is only the first time I've used it...
Let's get to the plants because I'm really overexcited for this super top background and I could talk about it for hours...
As said several times but it is worth repeating when harvesting, this time we followed the logic of comparing 2 plants: the first left to grow freely with just a little cleaning and the second with the application of techniques, a mainlining to be precise.
Speed: The good news is that they practically matured together, the one without techniques is perhaps a little more mature but really just a little. Both ready in 10 weeks.
Resin/scents/taste: Truly an excellent level of resin and a fantastic coffee/chocolate scent that develops from the trichomes, it wouldn't be easy to say that it's CBD if I didn't know, delicious already in the dry room ready for 15-20 days of treatment and then off to the Autoflower World Cup, they definitely go in the CBD category.
Production: The amount of grass is not bad at all, considering that they grew in full winter in vegetative mode, that they are in an 11-liter pot, in my opinion we are around 100 grams both maybe a little less. Let's remember 10 weeks guys now the plants go very fast without losing quality.... At least those of Zamnesia...
I'm very happy to have some CBD to consume, I recently ran out of oil and I miss it a bit.
