When planting, it turned out that my liquid pH test went bad (since water from any source, even technical, had the same pH of 4.5). In this regard, the first leaves were yellow and brown and began to fall off. For the same reason, I did not start a report because I thought it would die (many people know that hydroponics does not forgive mistakes). But it was not so 😅 Guava turned out to be tenacious, I changed the water in the tank, used the old calibrated pH, and leveled it to pH 6.1. And literally within 2-3 days, new normal leaves stretched out.
Please do not judge strictly, I am learning hydroponics for the 2nd time, I will try to describe in as much detail as possible what I am doing, and I will be glad to any comments and remarks in this report
It's bushing out a lot, it seems like the first hairs have appeared, quite tall, it hit the lamp, now I've raised it as much as possible, but I think it will hit the dug up area, I need to figure out how to bend it😅
I made breaks in the branches, since it no longer fits and rests against the lamp, all the breaks were successful. It recovered quickly, now I have tied all the branches with wire to the pot, I think in another 3-4 weeks it will be ready, the bush is starting to smell like some kind of fruit. I haven’t tried guava, but maybe that’s what it smells like, this is the first time I’ve smelled such a smell from a bush
My plant is approaching its end, on 01/22/25 I will change the water, I want to reduce the basic nutrition and give more stimulants, then after 3-4 days I will change the water again, and after 2 changes of the solution, I will begin the process of cleaning the roots, and the long-awaited harvest)😍
