Same issue here since yesterday, all day.
No hardware is working (ios, android phone & windows machine. Seems to be a problem on the GD side.
The message "Error" is also not that helpful on troubleshooting (at least on the user side).

💀 Unfortunately almost broke a branch by LST on day 20, I hope it recovers, removed another 4 leaves to get light to the lower branches
