New run, more fun - or let's do some regs😍 For the last few years I only did fems or homemade cuttings. It's easy and quite, with cuttings completely predictable in terms of female plants and needs way less time and space. But if time isn't a thing and you have some space for germination/selection, growing from regular seeds is a great thing, a lot of fun and might lead to a strong mother... Alright, let's heat the germination room up and pop some beans. 📌Special thanks to roots-farms.at who gifted these testers. Finally all seeds germinated, the last 2 need to get rid of their seed shell... now it's time to root through the plugs and to prepare/mix soil for their first pots. Have a nice time 💚🌿

Welcome to first vegetation week. Initially I didn't want to transplant that early, but the seedlings shot up and 3 needed some support to keep standing. So I decided to fill the pots. We'll see if this was a good decision, the soil was mixed not long ago and might heat up. Because of that I mixed the upper half of the pot 1:1 with lightmix. As always, no risk no fun. For watering my little gardener put some organic aloe in the blender and added mykorrhiza. And as we start the first vegetation week I set the light from 16 to 18h. Let's hope that soil doesn't roast my seedlings and have fun with selection. Only 3 will go into the raised bed... One thing I learned is to avoid the big round eazyplugs for seeds. The seedlings are trying to escape because the hole is too big. Good for cuttings, for seeds the cubic ones are way better. 48h after transplanting into soil they really seem to feel comfortable with their new home. 96h in pots I gave some nematodes and cut hemp covers for soil. Plants seem to be healthy and grow very well. Have a beautiful and green weekend...🌿💚

Welcome to vegetation week 2. Exactly 16 days since I put the seeds into eazyplugs and all plants seem to be really healthy and strong so far. Nice growth... I'm not sure if I have to transplant once again into bigger pots before gender reveal and selection, the airpots are really small, but I try to avoid it. That in mind I will give some compost tea every week, first batch is getting airated. Next step will be the preparation of the raised bed, sowing some cover crop and cleaning the blumat irrigation system. Next update in about a week. Merry Christmas💚🌿

Welcome to a new vegetation week. All plants look and grow very similar. All seem quite healthy and strong... Not a bad start for this genetics. Will feed some composttea tomorrow and that's it so far for this . Thinking about topping next week, but not sure about that yet. Have a great time, see u in 2025... 💚🌿

Welcome to beginning of the 4th vegetation week. It's getting funny, topped all plants and took cuttings. Will take 2 more cuttings per plant in about a week and search for a keeper. Love this game. Plants really want some bigger pots but have to stay small atm. Now it's time to brew some tea and order nematodes, got some fungus gnats. Have a nice week everybody...🌿💚

Welcome to vegetation week nr. 5. Nothing special atm, the taller plants are running out of nutrients, they need more soil. That's the reason I gave BB Fishmix. Raised bed is prepared, Blumats got cleaned and will be reinstalled the next few days. Clones do not show any roots yet but don't look sick or rotten or dried. I'll give them another few days. Will take more cuttings tomorrow and place one of each under 12/12 because I don't find any preflower signs... Need to get rid of some males, because I don't have enough space in here for repotting all of them into bigger containers. Have a great green week, next update in about a week.💚🌿

Welcome to vegetation week no. 6. Not much movement atm. Took 2 additional cuts from every plant. One went under 10/14h and the other stayed with the other core cuts under 18/6h in the vegetation tent. Raised bed is prepared, so its time for tansplanting. But no flower or preflower signs at all... Patience is key they say🙄😂. Have a nice week and let's keep calm 🌿💚🙄

Welcome to a new week, we're at no. 7 veg. My new germination/cutting lights arrived, leading to much more space in the vegetation tent. Ordered 2 sanlight flex 2 15 for an 90x40cm area and they're bright af. Not cheap but i guess worth it. Next step will be more soil for the keepers. Additionally nearly every cutting rooted (35/36 atm). The interesting part is, that the cuts, taken from the top of the plants, needed around 3 weeks to root through the eazyplugs, most of the cuttings (22/24) I took 2 weeks later rooted through the eazyplugs within 7 days. Not bad at all. A set of cuttings is actually under 10/14h lightcycle and I think they transist into flower this upcoming week. I prepared the 2 motherpots (~50l) where I will keep 2 female plants in the tent and the strongest male will make me some pollen I hope. Have a nice weekend and smoke some great🌿💚
