Adding what nutrients you're using and at what strength to your diary will help us answer your questions better. Also the medium your using will be helpful. The more information you put in your diary, the easier it is to receive help. Could be a ph issue, to many nutrients, maybe even light stress or a combination of issues.

Isn't that a ready-made grow bucket? Just add the seed? If so, that plant is not enjoying the soil mixture. If not, you're in luck because you can regulate the nutrients yourself. She's having to process too much nitrogen. That's the yellow discoloration on the tips and edges of your leaves and also why your leaves are on the darker side of green. Is that premixed soil?Looks a little hot.I shouldn't worry too much but its clearly not good for seedlings but she's almost out of that stage so shouldn't be a problem but keep an eye out.
