First up, "I can't believe I'm actually in this contest! It's something I've wanted for so long, and now that I'm finally here, it feels unreal. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time, but mostly I'm just so pumped to see what happens."
"I've been practicing for this moment my whole life. Okay, maybe not my whole life, but it feels like it! I've put so much work into getting here, and now that I'm finally in the thick of it, it's better than I ever imagined."
I'm stuck on what to do next. Part of me wants to go with the tried-and-true Sea of Green method, but then there's the appeal of mainlining – the potential rewards are definitely tempting. I just can't decide which path to take! Time will be a huge factor seeing I will be starting my grow the middle of January 2025.
Normally, I go with the Sea of Green method. It's fast and reliable, and it always gets the job done. But for a contest where looks matter, mainlining is definitely the way to go. Those plants come out looking like little bonsai trees – super impressive.
Mainlining's definitely got that cool factor, and I get why it's tempting. It can give you some serious yields in the long run. The problem is, it takes forever for those plants to mature. With a contest, you might not have that kind of time.

im curious to see what you would do with your training style. mainlining seems like a hit or miss potentially. it could produce some beautiful plants but a minor mistake and the whole aesthetic is ruined. best of luck. im excited to see what everyone decides to do
