Not a great start for autos where time is critical...........you may be better off starting again.
Otherwise wait another few days and reassess the situation.
Spraying leaves with water does nothing, cannabis plants do not absorb water through their leaves!

Hi bro,
I took a look at your diary. I can't see any record of the type of soil you are using.
You should check the soil richness with natural nutrients that are provided by soil suppliers. In my opinion, you don't need to use any nutrients at all for at least a few weeks.
Give the plants some water via foliar spray during the dark period.
And be patient!
