these are clones of my crystal white from another diary...was going to mother the best plant that flowered in the other tent but the violator kush that was meant to be going in place of my shiskaberry won't be big enough so I'm using these clones for now.
Seeing as they were big enough I thought I would start to Lst and fim them...
I have just been dipping the bottom half of the blocks in a weak nutrient solution to get the roots to the bottom of the block and air trim.
I think everyone has seen herbalize's plants and how he trains them...well this is what I want to do with mine now. He has some awesome looking plants
so here is hoping I can create the same😳😂🙏👍
These white plant bends turned up today...perfect for Lst and hst

I am lst these plants obviously and ivd fim'd them....hzvdng tried this lst before sio wi be interesting to see....Waiting for these side branches to take off and I can lst a bit...I will to remove the 'plant bends' soon as they will strangle the the plant they have served their purpose well. I will use again later on
The roots have air trimmed well I've dipped the bottom half of the block in a weak nutrient solution. I will sit these on the spreader Matt so the roots have something to grow into and then set pump to feed once or twice a day.
Added a humidifier as the air was getting a bit drrrrrry. I reccomoned that model
This isn't a problem more curiosity! The leaf I'm holding in the picture their is a new node growing at the end. I am wondering if pull it off am I taking away energy from node that the leaf could be supplying? Or am i wasting energy into making the leaf bigger?
depends if the leaf has 3 or 5 points on it: 3 points on it, it's still veging all you'll end up doing is keeping it in veg, 5 points on it, the leaf has matured, pulling it out will mean diverting energy that would otherwise go to making bud or new leafs.
Carrying on with the Lst and the plant bends...I think my fim attempt has worked on 2 out of 4 plants...I've now sat these on spreader matt as the roots have air trimmed enough i and filled the tank with a weak nutrient solution and ph'd the water to around 6.0 to 6.2. Only running pump once a day for few minutes as this all they need. If i saturate the blocks the roots will come out to search for water
Look bit of mess due to Lst.....ive Done away with the plant bends as i broke 3 branches in 5 mins :-(....once the branches harden off you can't help but snap them. The plant bends are ok for a few days but then need removing
They are growing well though...I'm going to let the rockwool blocks dry out a bit more as I'm getting stringy roots and I want white fluffy roots
Have lst these and I'm still pinning down branches as I'm not ready in the flower room yet...they look like little bushes...I'm purposely not trimming them as to not speed up growing.
Sat these on the spreader matt now and feeding twice a day for 15 mins on a timer

Okay I have Lst these and I Think I've created some monsters here. I have branches now everywhere and they all do as well the last crop of this stuff then I'm in for a treat
Plants are hard to make out in the pictures but i haven't trimmed them purposely so they don't shoot off
I have room for these at the end of the week so into flower they'll go

Start of the 1st week of flowering. They are on veg feed for couple of weeks til I see a flower.
I've Lst these in to lovely looking plants so hopefully will have an even better yeild than the last diary on these.

Growing well, starting to stretch now.
I've topped up the water tank with half strength feed of veg food. Will be on veg feed til I see a flower.
Friday.....
Emptied out the 50ltr tank of water with veg feed in and refilled with flowering feed at 2ml per litre and then ph it to around 5.8
Growing well I changed the feed a for flowering food a few days ago as the flower had come out...2 out 4 have got a stretch on hopefully the others will follow...I hope this lst will give me more yield than last time. 🏆20 oz👏👏from last yield is going to be hard to beat ✌️

They are stretching but I dont think I'll get the height I did in the previous diary but other wise looking forward to these again as the the last yield was exceptional
Looking great this week...flower is coming on...I would normally add pk 13 14 this week but I'm not adding it at all this crop...its just another synthetic feed to flush out so I will see if the plants miss it this time!

I'm not bothering with the pk13 14 this time to see if I really need it. I've used it from the start of growing 20 yrs ago.
I'm definitely not a fan of lst training as this what I done with these at the start. I'm not that restricted on height to warrant doing this.

Buds are looking gorgeous...I should never have lst these as I hate what it's done...I thought I might be able to improve on yield doing this but its had the opposite effect...no way I'm I going to get 20 oz off this crop like the last one...
Lesson learned!! Dont do lst again
Wasnt the best crop to not add the pk because if was doing anything I really needed it to this time round 🤦♂️
I will start flushing these today at the start of week 7 as these will be done in next 2 - 3 weeks

As I keep saying in this diary Bollocks to lst training I donf like it. I wont be doing it again!!
This is piss easy to grow...good resistance from mould. My fan controller tripped out and fans were off whilst the lights were on and the tent sweated out BIG time. Of course I shat myself because this crystal white had nice fat nugs that could've been ruined by this fuk up and they wasnt. This could have been a catastrophe.
Great plants to grow and absolute banging smoke...I have only just finished the smoking the last crop.by the time I got through it the smell in jar was sweet bubblegum. That come back at 20% thc so no wonder I was fucked when smoking it lol.
Got some beautiful purple nugs this time round. Sorry for lack of photos I had a medical problem that I had to get checked out.

@Reaper,, I'm pulling 400+ grams...the last crystal white diary was 560 grams in 1.7m2 space that is 5ft long 2ft wide by 4ft high... with a 600watt above

@The_Projexx, it is the first time I've tried anything like it....as I said tho doing it in 4 inch cubes wasn't my best idea but im going with it.
I would normally let the plant do what it's got to do with a bit of Hst but im inspired by all these techniques
@@hydrohippy, haha that guy does awesome work :) I check is diaries alot ! I just dont feel confident in my ability to manipulate the plants like that yet I like to top them and do my version of LST and let them grow :D .

@Dedon, some plants have a soft stem that will bend ok but some can be quite hard and hollow, it's these ones that can snap...I think i will have to remove the plant bends as the stems get thicker or they will strangle it

Just want to ask you a quick question if I may. I see you have quite high humidity at 55% in flower. I am currently in flower (as you can see if you take a peek at my diary), and am battling around 60% humidity this week. Do you think this will hurt me, or is the key to stopping mould in the air movement?
@@hydrohippy, The stupid thing is that my humidity drops on lights off and is manic when lights are on. My LED light gives off zero heat. It’s so strange. I have been busy with work this week so maybe haven’t kept as good an eye on them as I should. I had a bit of standing water in my run off trays, so I have got rid of that. There wasn’t much in them though so the difference might be minimal. I already have a little dehumidifier running. Thanks for the reply mate. May The Grow be with you, always.
@ForTheBlunted, cheer.s mate lol...I'll take a look! ...I do struggle with humidity...when the lights are on it goes down then shoots up when they go off. I do chuck in a dehumidifier towards the end...it all depends on the weather outside!!

@CRiSPrGrow, lol my write ups are shite admittedly...the most you'll get out of me is its fruity, lemon, haze like or earthy...I smoked tobacco to long and fucked my taste buds up....I'm finding my palate after 3 years of giving up tobacco lol

@Psilocubensis, you should see the purple buds I chopped out...I had this lab tested and if it's less than 2% cbd it wont show up which it didn't.
I only tested one plant last time but this time I'll test all 4 as they're from different seeds
